I liked the finger foods that came with our welcome drink and just how modern and cool the hotel looked, from the tv in the mirror to the colour changing lights on the exterior we had a room that was advertised as sound proof yet the noise levels were a little high (stomping feet, traffic) |

The hotel has modern design, good location, fast to city center with useful information about city most important tourist locations, and at end with not so bed breakfast even it could it be better. in toilet there is no shaving set, tv is great but remote control is catastrophe. |

The gentleman that checked us in was terribly rude! The rooms are designed very poorly and you cannot even figure out how to turn on the television. This was the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in. You can literally hear every single thing. Worst night of sleep ever! Do not recommend this hotel. |

Although out of the main city centre, transport links are excellent. The bus stop is situated right outside the hotel and tickets are available from the hotel or on the bus. The design of the hotel is strikingly modern and the images and description of the hotel on the website are accurate. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The choice at breakfast was good and the terraces and garden add to the enjoyment. |

restaurant breakfast was excellent, however we left the breakfast card on the door, for an early start,which was not collected. The modernistic concrete style of the hotel was not to our liking.The evening meal in the restaurant was disgusting, and the head waiter extreemly rude and dissintersted.The sensor driven lighting in the bathroom caused the lights to go off prematurely |

We all felt relaxed and comfortable at the hotel. Interconnecting rooms for the family were good, and air conditioned as weather extremely hot outside. The children liked the illuminated walls at night, and we enjoyed delicious ciceti and free drinks in the garden before heading off to see Pisa and Field of Miracles at night. Great shower in bathrooms, and very quiet at night, so all got great sleep! We were a bit disappointed with the flooring in the room, it looked like dirty concrete. Also the ceiling in the adjoining family room had no finish to it, it was just unfinished concrete, not luxury style! Was also very disappointed with the coffee at breakfast, could not believe it was Italian, as no choice of coffee offered, ie would have liked a fresh cappuchino, or an individual pot of fresh filter coffee. Waiters cleared our table before we had finished eating, only got up to get a bowl of cereal and came back to find all plates/cutlery and drinks cleared away! Then had to start chasing round selecting breakfast items again for myself and daughter! Cereal limited, no muesli without chocolate chips, only 1 choice of fresh fruit! |

Nice design hotel, everything you need for a night in Pisa, a good pizzeria nearby, good quality/price relation for Pisa Personel a bit indiferent on the night shift, however the manager during the daytime was much better |

The design of the hotel was awesome. The room was sleek yet futuristic. The breakfast was great. Its a bit out of the city but I think it is worth it. The only thing missing is a Pool!! |

we liked the moderness, the gardens are lovely and we had a lovely drink out in the evening and its a perfect setting for breakfast however we did have difficulty ordering a drink when we arrived in the evening - we had had a long journey from ireland and were really looking foreward to a quiet drink before bed and the gentleman working that night just made it difficult |

Room service staff was helpful and quickly came for resolving few initially missing sufficient number of towels and other such amenities. Reception staff was o.k but the impression was not very welcoming. Quite away from main Pisa tower. Otherwise as a hotel facilities were fine. |

The hotel is in an ideal location on the outskirts of Pisa any only 10 mins from the airport,the staff were very frienldly and helpful.All the the food and wine we had very good. |

We like this hotel. A kind of design hotel with special solution. We had a pleasant stay before driving into Toscany. A price for a normal toast at E 10 was quite much. |

It was in a good, quiet location convenient for someone who didn't want to live in the "noise" of the downtown area. The garden was very good, relaxing location. The service was also very good. A gym will be good to have plus the cost for the room should be a shade lower. I paid 240 euros maybe 180 euros would have been the optimum rate. |

The breakfast. A rude bearded, smartly dressed gentleman on reception who does not appear to appreciate backpackers - very condescending, very abrupt and unhelpful. The air conditioning was poor and not controllable from room, the shower room was slippy and dangerous, the restaurant was ridiculously expensive. All show no underlying charm. The none soundproof (advertised as soundproof) room, very noisy. Room not ready on arrival at 4p.m. |
