San Ranieri Hotel  

The quality of food at the restaurant is great from breakfast, lunch to dinner though services are mediocre.

Hotel staff (given poor English ability) sounded a bit rude and does not communicate any friendliness. Services are slow

Location as being within easy reach of the airport in Pisa was our reason for choosing this hotel and for that reason it was ok. Additional and quite unexpectedly the restaurant was excellent but a bit pricey.

The hotel tries very hard to be stylish,too hard. Our room was small and dark (the main wall colours being black and dark red) and the lightswitches etc were so " designer" that we spent a lot of time just finding out how they worked.

It was a real pleasant stay with very good service and comfortable accommodation. The fact they accept dogs was the prime reason for choosing the Hotel

At checking out I was requested to hand in the access card. Knowing that the card contains relevant information I did not want to hand it in. This is based on discussions on the matter at various security meetings where it was emphasized about retaining the card on checking out in order to stop divulging personal information. In spite of my explanations the Receptionist, a male, forced me to hand in the card. In my frequent stay at Hotels, this is the first time I was compelled to submit to such request.

The bar staff and waiters were exceptionally courteous, professional and polite. The rear garden and two first floor gardens are relaxing and well presented.

Stylish design. Helpful staff.

The room was very cool .. Loved the neat tidy modern bathroom and tv in the mirror. The bed was very comfortable and loved the crisp cotton wheels. The breakfast was great! Loved the fresh juice.. Carrot etc. The conservatory was beautifully done and the setting outside with double beds and cool seating was very modern abs pleasing to the eye. If we travel to Pisa again we would stay with you! Loved free parking too!!

Loved everything.... Except the price of the food to eat in the hotel for our evening meal... We decided to eat in Pisa

The hotel in ultra modern and once I got used to it I really liked it. Our room was bigger than the average hotel room and while perhaps not cosy was still a nice place to stay. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection to choose from. We didn't eat in the Restaurant opting for the Pizza place just round the corner which I can also recommend.

The hotel is a bit far out from Pisa, however the bus service was good and Pisa could easily be reached.

This hotel is in a temporary style, comfort, clean air and good views

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was a plus with a good selection of foods. The proximity to the bus stops was great!

The location wasn't the greatest as it was a bit away from the main part of the city, without much to do in the area directly around the hotel. There is a bus station about 200 meters away to take you to the train station and the main bus hub (about a 10-15 minute bus ride).
