The location, the room was small but very sweet. I liked the parquet floor.

The breakfast was not so good, terrible bread.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast. Central position.

Telephone in bedroom not working. Shower not draining properly. Air conditioning not effecient.Stair carpet loose and fixings broken - very dangerous.

Location it was near the train station and it was quiet

It was very close to the Termini station. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

Proximité de la gare. Propreté des locaux.

Télévision par satellite ne fonctionnant pas durant tout le séjour et aucune information à ce sujet. Sèche cheveux cassé.

La diligencia y amabilidad del personal

No fue culpa del hotel creo, pero el taxista que me llevo de vuelta al aeropuerto me cobro 50€, cuando en el hotel dijeron que eran 30, los pague por no formar alli un pollo

Ligging

De badkamer was zeer slecht. Als 1 persoon gedoucht had was de hele badkamer onder water gelopen. De kamer was erg sober. Er was maar 1 stoel. Een schilderijtje zou het wat huiselijker maken.
