Exellent location. Clean. Nice staff.
Rooms and bathrooms are small, but this is normal for hotels in Rome. Might be hot in summer due to central air-conditioning
wifi doesnt work good
Location and staff
Single room too small
The staff are wonderful so give them a raise.
Air conditioning bad and wi if poor.
Inform yourself of bedbugs. Check the room carefull. Informera Er om hur man upptäcker vägglöss. Kontrollera rummet noga.
The employees are friendly, the location is very nice, near all the tourist points and restaurants.
The breakfast could have more option and stay the remote control of the air conditioner in the room.
small rooms, small simple breakfast room, need some maint. mainly in the bathroom/shower
Everything was good. Great service.
Helpful staff who anticipated our needs
a 'Moaning' guest who interrupted our sleep in the middle of the night and again in the am
Excellent location, just few minutes walking from main attractions, kindly staff, simple but delicious breakfast, family friendly
Staff was great so was location
Staff were excellent! Very helpful! Hotel was located within walking distance of just about every major attraction Inwas interested in seeing!
The only drawback was the air conditioning was controlled by the front desk.
Great location, service and value for money
There were two gentleman who worked the front desk. The younger was very helpful and accommodating. He made our family feel very welcomed.
There were no mirrors outside of the bathroom vanity which made it hard for anyone to get ready if the bathroom was occupied.
The location is good.
The room was extremely small, even for Italian standards. The elevator was out of order for 2 days. There was no remote for the air conditioner and when asked, the guy at the reception said it was impossible to turn it on since it was May and they give remotes for air conditioner on June 1st. It was hot, so we had to keep the window open and ended up with a room full of mosquitoes.
Excellent location meant we were able to walk the length and breadth of Rome. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was small and basic and a little tired looking. Breakfast adequate but limited. However, bearing in mind the price and location these were understandable and not of great importance.
Location is great, staff was knowledgeable
I virtually got NO sleep the entire time I stayed at this hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the elevator going up and down constantly. I was by the stairs, and people were going up and down them at all hours of the day and night, which woke me up. There were also people screaming in the hall at midnight, in complete disregard that other guests might be sleeping
