Nothing really, the staff were very plesent would only recommend for short stay back packers The lifts were not working and we had to carry cases up 4 and six flights of stairs would not recomend for family's with young childre the bathroom door did not lock and the single bed hit the floor when you sat in it |

location was very good, never took public transport, breakfast also nice and staff friendly. room was tiny, there was no even space for our bags anywhere, too expensive for size of room |

Clean towels every day. The location of the hotel. Room exceptionally small, breakfast very limited and breakfast room space very cramped. |

Everything! the location couldnt be better, in the hart of the center yet quite room to allow you to rest. The single bed is small for a big person, but the room was spotless and very well kept. The staff very friendly and helpful. The price unbeatable! I highly recommend this hotel for when you visit Roma. two thumbs up to San Silvestro Hotel! |

The position of the hotel. Right in the centre. The hotel itself. The room was at 3rd floor and there is no elevator going upper than 2nd floor and you have to carry the suitcases upstairs by yourself, nobody to help. They don't even tell you that the elevator doesn't arrive at that floor. You have to figure out how to find the room.Very small rooms, poor facilities, no view or with view but noisy. They charge the credit card before arrival. |

La situation... Mini-bar ne marche pas.Chambre minuscule. Pas de rangement pour les vêtements. Douche lamentable.Pas de télè. Chambre directement à cotè de l'ascenseur. Par rapport aux autres chambres très nette impression d'avoir étè pènalisè.du fait de la réservation pour Booking.com. |

Utroligt hyggeligt hotel med god atmosfære, super service og hjælpsomt personale - rent og pænt væresels med rengøring hver dag. Klart et hotel jeg/vi vil anbefale til andre. I Køleskabet/baren måske også en par vand/øl og lidt snacks Tillæg til spørgsmål 4: hvorfor jeg/vi valgte hotellet - det var både et miks af beliggenhed og pris |

Erinomainen sijainti, lämmin vesi suihkussa (paineella) ja ilmastointi toimi (tosin se pitää säädättää vastaanotossa). Minusta hinta-laatusuhde oli sijaintiin nähden hyvä ja kaikki luvatut mukavuudet / palvelut olivat saatavilla. Vanhanaikainen sisustus ja huone oli todella pieni (pienin missä olen ikinä ollut). Toisaalta en odottanutkaan mitään luksusta. Sopii parin päivän majoittumiseen. En suosittelisi hotellia pyörätuolia käyttävälle hyvin pienen hissin takia (kaksi ihmistä ei mahtunut laukkuineen). |

La posizione! L'Hotel è veramente centralissimo...molto comodo per pochi giorni di soggiorno! Il prezzo...ma lo conosceva già dall'inizio. La colazione potrebbe essere più abbondante con anche frutta ad esempio. |

l'hôtel est idéallement situé, très propre, très bien pour un séjour en famille. Il y a un ascenceur malgré 2 étages seulement. Le personnel de la réception est très agréable et serviable, il nous a bien guidé dans nos différentes recherches de renseignements la salle de petit déjeuner est très petite, il n'y a que 12 places pour un hôtel qui compte une trentaine de chambres et la réception est très petite également |
