Hotel staff was very helpful regarding transportation to Venice from hotel and hotel to Venice airport. Also, the hotel sold local bus tickets which was very helpful. |

The hotel is in a good location to take the bus into Venice, and the parking is free. The walls are VERY thin and the hotel is quite noisy. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and so it wasn't a good value for the amount of money we paid. |

Hotel was close to the bus. Staff were accomodating. In fact, we checked out to catch our train at 4:30 am and the hotel clerk had breakfast waiting for us. Very nice! Some staff could barely understand any english at all. While he was trying to be very helpful, it was also very confusing. The hotel was clean but the rooms were very outdated. |

It was very easy to get to Venice. One of the night staff was a little snooty, but all the other staff were incredibly kind and helpful. |

San Carlo hotel offers a spacious room, good breakfast and it's very close to the bus stop so we could easily and very quickly go to Venice. Hotel staff was helpful as well. There is a free, but very small and unsecured parking. |

Good value for money, free parking. The rooms are kind of old and poor. No signal for the internet wireless in my room. Breakfast was kind of poor. |

breakfast was good, easy accses to the public transport to get to Venice there was no bar fridge in the room, staff highly recommended a tour of 3 islands which was a complete waste of time and money option of the use of public transport they discouraged was actually much better option (we felt cheated...) |

I did not stay at the hotel but my friends did and were very pleased. I booked and paid for one night as a treat for my friends so that they could meet me and my family who were staying in Venice. Since they drove from Slovenia, the Don Carlo worked out very well. They reported that the quad was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and transportation to Venice was convenient. Also, when I called to arrange payment before my friends did, the man I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. |

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We stayed two nights. The morning man at the reception gave us the perfect instructions and suggestions to visit Venice. We bought him the bus tickets and a tour to the typical 3 islands near Venice. Very good restaurant (One Stop) recommended by hotel staff but not that close. |

Easy access to the bus station to Venice and the train station. Quiet neighbourhood. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean. The room we stayed was a lovely pinky style, which was my type. Nice little hotel with helpful front desk staff. The buffet continental breakfast was not a buffet at all. Some popular stuff, like croissants, hams, salamies, ran out very quickly (almost out at 9 o'clock). If u get up a bit late in the morning, there would be only boiled eggs. And the walls were very thin, we could hear every word they said next door at night. |
