Aamupala plussaa. Vaikea löytää perille, koska Venetsiassa ei käytetä katunumerointia vaan kaupunginosan ja korttelin mukaista numerointia. Lattialämmitys oli päällä, vaikka ulkolämpötila oli + 30 astetta, eikä sitä saanut pois. Huone oli hieman kuluneen oloinen. |

overall it was clean and conveniently cheaper than staying in Venice itself. One night we found ourselves with no water whatsoever. The staff said it was a city-wide problem due to heavy rain. It was rather insulting to be given such an arguably ridiculous explanation, aimed entirely at absolving the hotel from responsibility. The hotel down the road had never heard of such a thing too. Unfortunately this soured our view of an otherwise reasonable stay. |

Hospitality and precious information about Venice given by Mr Toni; good access to bus station and to Venice city from the hotel San Carlo in Mestre. No access to Internet from our room (on our laptop), althought it's mentioned as free HotSpot WLAN on the site. |

The man at the reception spoke good english and was very helpful and gave us lots of information about Venice and the surrounding islands. He explained and showed us maps of Venice and explained the best way to get there. We were able to buy bus tickets from him and he also organised a tour of the islands around Venice for us. Internet would not work in our room, we had to sit in the foyer to use the internet. |

location easy to find and good for trip to Venice and staff very helpful does not look like a three star hotel, even comparing with France. Any comparison with Austria is out of question. |

Quite accessible for center of Mestre and for both public and personal transport, also for reaching Venice! The room that we had was verry noisy (both at night and morning), located on the first floor, next to the stairs and the elevator, on the back side of the hotel (garbage is taken at 4 in the morning) and is probably the cheapest in entire hotel! When someone from the rooms next to ours went to shower, you could swear that it is in our room or it started to rain directly in the room! Sleep?No!Home! |
