Hospitality and precious information about Venice given by Mr Toni; good access to bus station and to Venice city from the hotel San Carlo in Mestre. No access to Internet from our room (on our laptop), althought it's mentioned as free HotSpot WLAN on the site. |

The man at the reception spoke good english and was very helpful and gave us lots of information about Venice and the surrounding islands. He explained and showed us maps of Venice and explained the best way to get there. We were able to buy bus tickets from him and he also organised a tour of the islands around Venice for us. Internet would not work in our room, we had to sit in the foyer to use the internet. |

location easy to find and good for trip to Venice and staff very helpful does not look like a three star hotel, even comparing with France. Any comparison with Austria is out of question. |

Quite accessible for center of Mestre and for both public and personal transport, also for reaching Venice! The room that we had was verry noisy (both at night and morning), located on the first floor, next to the stairs and the elevator, on the back side of the hotel (garbage is taken at 4 in the morning) and is probably the cheapest in entire hotel! When someone from the rooms next to ours went to shower, you could swear that it is in our room or it started to rain directly in the room! Sleep?No!Home! |

The San Carlo, a two star facility, is conveniently located in Mestre and is easily accessible by bus to the P. Roma in Venice where the water-buses start on the Grand Canal. Also, the hotel is easily accessible from Venice's Marco Polo airport by ATVO bus. Additionally, the breakfast offering was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating. Highly recommended. |

Close to Venice (20 minutes by bus). Rooms would deserve refurbishment. Guys on reception are nice and friendly, but their information isn't always 100% exact (like bus schedules, or options to visit islands around Venice). |

Very quiet,clean, new and good equipment.Excellent breakfast and parking in front of the door, so it's safe. No camera watching and there is someone who wanted to open our door in the midnight. A watching system and a door-chain will be nesessary. |
