The restaurant staff was amazing and so accomodating to our 2-year-old who could be challenging at breakfast and dinner times. The hotel is a beautiful maze of corridors and rooms and nooks, all with little surprises. My husband felt like a 12-year-old again, exploring with our daughter. |

The Hotel is an absolutly must, for the history of the building to the view that you can enjoy from their terrace, or better say the Park for his large and equipped situation. Staff was friendly, impeccable and accomodating. We tried also the restaurant, which was very good but slightly priced. |

The view from our terrace off the room was splendid! The breakfast was very nice and their restaurant allowed us to dine in the hotel which was convenient since it was raining. |

We had a quiet room with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent and the dining terrace was very special. The staff were always helpful. We thought it was an exceptional hotel. |

the panoramic view was beautiful and the hotel itself was beautiful, especially from the restaurant outdoors. need to improve the computer system. the wireless keyboard was not proactive and made it difficult to type. they should have a seperate area in the hotel for the customers to use along with a printer as well. |

Fantastic building, well renovated and maintained to the highest standards. Very clean, well trained and polite staff. Amazing views from room and terraces. Pool terrace only opened 9 till 5 and difficult to find staff to place a drinks order. |

The view of Naples was magnificent. I advise to have dinner at the terrace. The staff was really nice. There was a misunderstanding about my order but they changed it immediately.. |

It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent. We have travelled a lot and are very discriminating but we definitely will go back and stay longer next time! |

The view was wonderful. The room was spacious. The swimming pool was nice. The food at the restaurant was pretty good. The mini bar was free. The air conditioning unit did not work effectively in our room. The staff at the swimming pool were not very helpful or attentive. The bed was rock hard. The bathtub/shower leaked. |

Het mooie uitzicht vanaf de tereassen en het zwembad met terras. Ook het vriendelijke personeel. Het was niet mogelijk om een internetverbinding op de kamer te krijgen, hoewel dit volgens de informatie wel tot de mogelijkheden zou behoren. Het ontbijt was minimaal. |

Ein sehr erholsames, ruhiges Hotel mit Flair - gute Verbindung zu den Einkaufsstraßen und Museen. Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt, Meer und Vesuv. Dachterrasse mit Pool einfach ein Traum. Frühstückbuffet erfüllt auch alle Wünsche. Zimmer waren einfacher als auf den Foto abgebildet, nicht so romantisch und stilvoll. |

Het uitzicht over de baai van Napels vanaf het terras op de 7e etage en het restaurant is werkelijk fantastisch.!!! De bediening in het restaurant was prima de ober zorgde voor een plaatsje op het terras zodat we konden genieten van het uitzicht. Leuk zwembad met ligstoelen er bij. Zwembad echter maar tot 5 uur open. Het hotel ziet er aantrekkelijk uit aan de binnenkant. Wij waren er eind mei en het terras op de7e etage was nog niet helemaal in orde zoals de kussens in de stoelen en de bediening die niet altijd aanwezig was.De straat is niet aantrekkelijk en het vervoer naar de stad beneden ,de funiculare, ligt op ongeveer 7 minuten lopen van het hotel. |
