The views are outstanding, the best in Naples, and the terrace/dining room is spectacular. Great food in the restaurant, too. The quality of the concierge staff was mixed. Two were excellent, but one poor and quite unhelpful. |

4th Floor restaurant - roof terrace (although seemed to be closed- no staff) views from roof terrace are wonderful No tea/coffe in room. Very small wardrobe and very limited drawer space. Only one of three advertized restaurants open. No bedroom mirror. No makeup/shaving mirror in bathroom. Useless hair dryer. Room door jamed on floor and would only open half way.. Pool closes in September when temperatures are approx 27c ! ! ! Hotel seem more interested in wedding parties than regular guests |

The Hotel was very special in every way. The wonderful terrace and Swimming Pool. The decor was Italian with a history and charm all of its own. The Staff were so welcoming and very professional. Clearly an expereince with added value to all of your senses. |

the swimming pool - though could have longer opening hours; the building - very interesting the restaurant was overpriced given the quality of the food. a child's menu would have been helpful |

The view from the hotel is spectacular. We booked the most expensive suite but when we arrived the was a strange smell in this room. There was an active mold/funghi in the wall-cabinet. So we stayed in a standard-room but they charged us the same! They were not very interested in understanding our problem whit the room. When we requested roomservice at 23.00 hours they told us that was only possible for breakfast, but 24 h roomservice is mentioned in their brochure. While the kitchen was still open because off a wedding. Every day there is a wedding on the roofgarden. So you have to leave the pool at 17oo hours. Untill 2oo hours we heard the wedding-music. The shuttle-service on the website costs 35 euro! No hotel-service. |

It's an ex monastery and so it has something very special about it; the style is kept intact with the tradition of a monastery with a touch of luxury. You will not miss anything here, the view is spectacular, the services polite and friendly and the food great in one of the most wonderfully chaotic cities of the world! No, everything was to my liking and more. |

Beautiful views and good continental breakfast. The internet did not work and there was no shuttle as promised. When I asked about the shuttle-they said it was broken-which I knew was not true. Ant they kept lying about the intenet working. I finally feft after 2 days-very disatified. |

I especially liked the view of the bay and Vesuvius, the cool breezes at night and the quiet, the many interesting nooks of the hotel and its position built into a cliff, the sense of antiquity. The bells ringing outside my room in the afternoon when I was sleeping. |

The restaurant staff was amazing and so accomodating to our 2-year-old who could be challenging at breakfast and dinner times. The hotel is a beautiful maze of corridors and rooms and nooks, all with little surprises. My husband felt like a 12-year-old again, exploring with our daughter. |

The Hotel is an absolutly must, for the history of the building to the view that you can enjoy from their terrace, or better say the Park for his large and equipped situation. Staff was friendly, impeccable and accomodating. We tried also the restaurant, which was very good but slightly priced. |
