The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was good, right near the escalators leading up to the high part of the city. It was rated 4 stars, but the furnishings were more like what we'd consider a 3 star hotel. However, the public area was nice, the bed and pillows and bathroom and storage areas in the room were all excellent. |

Convenience, effiiciency and friendly staff. Should have towels at the pool so as to avoid the need to use room towels and to have to request additional towels for the room. |

Rooms were very clean and of a high standard.Staff were always helpful and friendly. There was a good breakfast selection every day.Excellent overall and we would stay again |

Location, comfort, lovely pool and helpfulness of front of house staff. Coffee and orange juice at breakfast were undrinkable. Minibar understocked and not could. Rooms not cleaned properly. |

The four person room was in fact a double room suite, with a very high quality in confort and an amazing view from one room. The staff were very professional. The hotel is very central, for about 5 minutes from city center. The pool is not very atractive and, for a spa, the water is cold. |

Well positioned near centre Internet access should be free considering the cost of stay. Lifts were not working well. TV should have more English channels and should be free. |

Excellent location right next to the escalator leading to the Plaza Italia, and the hotel also has a direct lift to the bus station / (public) carpark. Room was large, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Provided free (outdoor) parking space for a touring motorcycle. Comprehensive breakfast buffet, desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable about Perugia. Wardrobe is small and nowhere else to hang outdoor clothing |

The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way with information, museum vouchers, etc. I've never seen anything like it, and have stayed in many hotels. The room was comfortable, the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our stay in Umbria and Tuscany, including hotels which cost twice as much. It is located conveniently and the room had a great view, but it sits above a noisy roundabout, next to the bus depot. Thus we had to sleep with closed windows to keep out the noise from cars and buses. Because of the transitional season, we couldn't use the fan or airconditiioner so it was a bit stuffy in the room at night. |

We went with our two children and were very pleased with the large and comfortable rooms. We also had a wonderful time in the hotel pool! We loved the location, the five minute journey up the escalators, through the underground city and into town is not to be missed. |
