The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way with information, museum vouchers, etc. I've never seen anything like it, and have stayed in many hotels. The room was comfortable, the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our stay in Umbria and Tuscany, including hotels which cost twice as much. It is located conveniently and the room had a great view, but it sits above a noisy roundabout, next to the bus depot. Thus we had to sleep with closed windows to keep out the noise from cars and buses. Because of the transitional season, we couldn't use the fan or airconditiioner so it was a bit stuffy in the room at night. |

We went with our two children and were very pleased with the large and comfortable rooms. We also had a wonderful time in the hotel pool! We loved the location, the five minute journey up the escalators, through the underground city and into town is not to be missed. |

The location was excellent for getting around the region on public transport, with trains and bus services very close by. It was also a very short walk into the town. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a huge king size bed. The bar area was very small and, as we met some other guests in the evenings, there was not enough seating for everyone to sit and chat. There was no barman as such and when you wanted a drink the person on reception had to come over and serve you. |

We travel often from France to see my daughter in Rome. We were delighted with the accommodation and the service led by Andrea Viligi was five star. It is well positioned and the breakfast was excellent. We will not hesitate to stop here again. Bravo Andrea and staff. |

Pleasant comfortable hotel situated on the edge of the old town with convenient escalator access right to the heart of it. Also next to the bus station, with easy access to Assisi & other towns of the region. Attractive decor & helpful welcoming staff. View out of the bedroom window mainly of the bus station, but that was outweighed by the positive aspects of the location mentioned above. |

Good location at foot of elevators leading to old city I was suprised that the coffee and fruit juice at the breakfast buffet were obtained from a machine. Even more suprising was the plastic disposable cups for fruit juice. We used the glasses on the water table which were the real thing. |

nice spacious well appointed room was charged 10 euros for 24 hours internet connection and connection was impossibly slow in the evening. At breakfast although staff were working full out they ran out of bread and we had to go away and come back later as no table was available. |

Location of the hotel is ideal- next door to bus station & at the foot of the escalators to the centre of the old town. The pool is not exactly large ! |

There was nothing that stood out as excellent, other than the efficiency of the room cleaning. The parking (for which we were charged) was very limited, and we returned one night after midnight to find no parking available, and a night porter who was insistent that we could not be permittted to park outside the hotel. I had also specified (in Italian) on the booking site as a special requirement that I needed a twin-bedded room, but was allocated a double on arrival. |

Had a great room with a patio on the five floor. Great view. Very helpful friendly staff. The location is very close to the escalators going up to the main part of Perugia. Hotel has a pool which was a good way to cool off. |

Locatie: je bent erg snel bij de roltrappen die je tot in het centrum van de stad brengen. Talenkennis van het personeel: geen Engels of Frans, enkel Italiaans. |
