The room was very clean and decor modern. The shower had great pressure, but you had to hold it above your head, and there was no iron in the room.

This was the perfect hotel for a visit to Florence. Within walking distance to everything you want to see. When you get tired, you can take the bus back. It stops a block from the Hotel. We didn't use our car the enitre time we were there. It was safely parking with Hotel parking. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was a combination of a few Hot items and cold choices. The staff kindly answered any question we had. I can't think of anything.

The garden bar was great. The bartender Ezzett ?? was outstanding. There could have been a better explanation about how to get to parking, how to get in and how to get out.

Great 4* Hotel, clean rooms, good value, parking at private car park, worth 10€ a day, breakfast excellent, plenty of good restaurant near bye. Third day charged at extra €20, rip-off, why? (ie €118 instead of €98) stay only 2 days then rebook, spolt excellent hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, about a 20-minute stroll into the City Centre and the hotel itself is well presented and looked after. The staff were excellent, they assisted us with every query in a friendly and helpful way. And finally the breakfast was spot on! If we came back to Florence we would definitely book here again!

We stayed at the San Gallo Hotel for 10days during our trip to Florence and we could not have asked for more. The staff were fantastic. They made us feel so welcome and breakfast each morning was fantastic! Every need was catered for. The room was beautiful and spacious with all the facilites you need. It was also lovely and cool due to the air conditioning. I loved my stay at this beautiful hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the the centre of Florence but there is a long straight street which takes you straight there. Thank you San Gallo for making our holiday so stress free and relaxing! Bridgeen and John - Ireland

Our room was very large and comfortable. Our teenagers loved the jetted tub and steam shower in their room. Getting to the parking garage was a disaster. We took a wrong turn and ended up in Fiesole. Driving in Florence is quite chaotic.

The room was big and clean The service maximum for 3 star. Frequently nobody on reception and you have to wait or big line there. Stuff can't park your car and can't help you with car rental. Bad location for city trip - be ready to send money for the taxi

We have appreciated the spacious rooms, child-related amenities, clean and comfortable bathrooms laid in marble which together with a rich breakfast made the hotel a perfect harbour on a family trip. Making the wire-less access to internet free of charge might help attract the additional clients to your hotel.

“I love my stay at this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful (especially to advise on restaurants ;) . The value for money is really good, not too expensive but still chic and really good quality hotel. I was really impressed by how 'clean' it was also. The breakfast buffet is fab! and the bar is cool! The location is awesome as you are right in the centre! Fantastic! And also no city noise or anything! I strongly recommend it! ” Samia, Leeds |
