中心から少し遠いかと思いましたが、実際泊まってみると気にするほどでもなかったです。部屋も清潔、朝食も- 美味しく、スタッフも親切でコストパフォーマンスはとてもよかったと思います。 |

Very courteous and helpful reception The location is probably the worst of all tourist hotels in Florence it is far too far from the centre with few local facilities. The hotel is very average and in my view has been over-rated by other people, it has no character and could be in any city in the world. I booked the hotel based on others' views and feel entirely misled. There is nothing wrong with the hotel but is did not provide me with the excellent experience that I was expecting and I repeat the location is not acceptable for a weekend visit to Florence. If you are driving this hotel may be a good choice as parking and access is easier than most hotels in the centre. |

My wife and I were very pleased with our accomadations. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room offered a comfortable place for us to recover from our sight seeing and excursions while in Firenze. The staff was very helpful, the meals were satisfying. The location is near the bus line as well. We will stay here again. |

The hotel itself was clean, carpeting was not worn, breakfasts were very good, the hotel staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very posh. We had two adjacent rooms and stayed for two nights with our adult children. Definitely would go back. |

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the San Gallo Palace. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was a lovely size with plenty of space to stretch out and looked out onto a traditional Tuscan garden. A very well run and comfortable hotel, and we will most definately stay here again. |

The male night manager was a great help to us. the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. I think they should provide free Wifi. That appears to be the trend, and to remain competitive I think hotels should offer this at no charge. |

Clean and tidy hotel with limited facilities. A very nice bathroom. Staff were polite but there was no evidence of any real attempt to help. Despite comments on the website the hotel was a bus ride from the city centre and very expensive for its amenities. |

We spent the time sight seeing. It was in a great area and we did a lot of walking so we got to see a lot of the city. It was a very friendly hotel and nothing was too much trouble.They supplied tea making facilites free of charge and the breakfast was very good.. |

Very well run , clean hotel with good breakfast and situated just outside the main sights in the centre. Only 15-20 mins walk to most. The staff were very attentive when requierd and helpfull when asked how to get to certain sights or recomend a restaurant. Would recomend it . |

The location of the hotel was surprisingly really close to the historical center.The staff was very helpful and polite, willing to advise at any time.Room was quite and comfortable. I missed fresh bread and rolls on the breakfast and slippers in the bathroom. |
