The proximity of my work place. The calm of the hotel. The fact that there were some works in front of the hotel. The fact that when you eat at the restaurant, you do not receive and sign the bill. |

Location close to nato hq, good value price One of the days, the restaurant was occupied with loud music. Also some of the rooms are suffering from street noice. |

I booked the hotel for it's facilities, however, the hotel is not in the best location, the pool facilities were not in use and breakfast was 'stale' |

Close to place of business. Good breakfast & good service. Rooms were hot...air conditioning was almost non-existent...and Naples needs to do something about the TRASH! |

great room and nice, friendly staff. And the swimming pool of course. The big dish-clearing-away trolley during the breakfast time. Dishes could be taken away by hand instead and that would be more peaceful. Only thing to improve would be the english skills of a few of the staff. |

I liked the room layout and the courtesy and availability of the hotel staff. Parking was not available except on a paid basis and then the security was not acceptable. Parts were removed from the rental car while in the parking area. |

Nonostante la permanenza fugace per lavoro dopo diversi anni che non tornavo a Napoli, ho potuto soggiornare con relax e confort al S. Germano. Il personale professionale e discreto, la locazione strategica del building e la struttura sempre in continua evoluzione hanno completato l'opera. Complimenti alla direzione ed alla reception!! |

Ottimo buffet della colazione. Camera molto silenziosa ma soprattutto molto grande. Molto vcino alla Mostra d'oltrremare, collegata con essa anche tramite navetta dell'hotel. Personale alla reception molto diponibile. Sicuramente ritornerò in questo hotel la mia prossima volta a Napoli. Consigliabilissimo!! |

La colazione al mattino è superlativa ed il buffet è molto ricco. La camera era molto silenziosa, grande e confortevole. Ho gradito molto la location in quanto ben collegata con Città della Scienza dove mi sono recato per degli incontri di lavoro. Bene anche i servizi in camera, in particolar modo lìampia scelta di canali televisivi. |

era da tanto che non tornavo all'hotel San Germano, consigliatomi da amici e colleghi di Milano. Un elogio particolare va allo staff per la cortesia e la professionalità sempre impeccabile ma più di ogni altra cosa per il calore e l'accoglienza che non ho mai riscontrato altrove. Voglio, inoltre, rilevare la qualità degli arredi e l'insonorizzazione della camera assegnatami. |
