I never expect to find such hotel in a simple village. Everything was wonderful; from number of hooks and place at the bathroom and up to two kinds of pillows for sleeping. This is one of the best hotels in Italy we have ever stayed. Especially, my complements to the young staff of this hotel! They have created really friendly atmosphere. Well done!!!

Hotel in posizione tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile, ideale per visitare il Salento e raggiungere spiagge molto belle in 15 minuti circa.Stafff molto cortese e professionale.La struttura è graziosissima e ben curata;le camere sono confortevoli e pulitissime.Parcheggio privato e coperto .La colazione a buffet è molto varia e abbondante. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Davvero cordiale e gentile lo staff. In realtà è un 4 stelle. All'arrivo ci hanno omaggiato con unasplendida guida del salento illustrata. Al check out altro omaggio, un saccachetto con una forma di formaggio salentino più una marmellata di olive inventata nel salento. Buona la colazione. Parcheggio al coperto gratuito. A pochi km dalle splendide spiagge di Otranto-Alimini. Consigliatissimo! Appena arrivati ci siamo trovati in pieno black out elettrico e non funzionava l'aria condizionata anche dopo il ritorno dell'energia elettrica. Abbiamo dovutodormire con la finestra aperta. Bisogna essere necessariamente automuniti per soggiornare in questo hotel.

Lo staff è sempre stato cordiale, accogliente e molto disponibile a qualsiasi chiarimento.Ottima l'idea di regalare all'arrivo una guida del Salento. La colazione è abbondante e le torte artigianali sono buonissime. La camera è sempre stata pulita con cura e ed è dotata di aria condizionata (compresa nel prezzo). Il parcheggio è gratuito e sicuro perchè l'hotel è dotato di garage sotterraneo.La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità (Serrano è un paese molto piccolo) e ottima per gli spostamenti:Otranto è a 10 minuti d'auto e le spiagge più belle distano poco più di 15 miniuti!!! Se dovessi ritornare in vacanza nel Salento, senza ombra di dubbio risceglierei il Sanlu...complimenti!!!
