Close to the San Marco place (50 m). Room at the 5 floor with terrace. It's nice to have a terrace but there an air-conditioning just behind that make some noise. It's not so bad comparing to the pleasure of a terrace. |

It is very close to St Marks Square which is really useful when walking round Venice. The airconditioning was not turned on although temperatures in the room were over 25 degrees C and it was very noisy outside when the windows had to be opened. |

The location was excellent - just off Saint Mark's Square. All staff were really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choice (everything from fresh fruit to omelettes). Definately value for money and we would certainly recommend this hotel. |

Very convenient and next to Piazza San Marco, great room. It was the time of year for the high water and the hotel staff was not helpful about giving ideas about where to buy boots, what other routes to take to avoid the flood water. I asked about our very early departure and was told not to worry that there would be no water at that time, and surprisingly our route was flooded when we had to make our way to the airport. No clear directions to hotel. |

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute de ses clients. L'hôtel est très bien placé, en plein coeur de Venise. Les chambres sur la cour sont calmes. Les deux critiques sont le bruits des femmes de ménage le matin et la qualité déblorable du petit déjeuner |

Excellent choix pour un séjour à Venise.La situation est une des meilleures possible dans cette gamme d'hotel.Le personnel est multilingue,aimable et professionnel dans le bon sens du terme,c'est-à-dire efficace.Propreté impeccable de la chambre.Nous espérons y retourner. |

Excelente ubicación. Internet es extremadamente caro (10 euros la hora). No se puede entender como en estos tiempos la mayoria de los hoteles pretenenden incrementar sus ingresos cobrando tan caro un servcio que hoy en dia deberia estar disponible de manera gratuita. El desayuno tambien es un punto débil. |

La habitacion me parecio muy acojedora, amplia con linda decoracion. y lo mejor la ubicacion. La calefaccion no funcionaba, la verdad que hacia un poco de frio, el resto perfecto. |

Ottima posizione (vicinissimo a P.zza San Marco); Buona colazione (abbondante ed internazionale); Curata la pulizia sia della stanza che del bagno; Camera con una finestra ed un bel balcone; Gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile il personale della reception. Camera un pò troppo piccola, c'era appena lo spazio per muoversi. L'ascensore non arrivava al piano della mia stanza, il quinto, e mentre all'arrivo le valigie ci sono state portate in camera dal personale dell'hotel, alla partenza le abbiamo dovute scendere per due rampe di scale. Volendo essere un pò pignoli non era presente il bollitore per tè e caffè. |

Die Lage nicht einmal 100 Meter vom Markusplatz ist einfach gut. Man ist außerdem sehr schnell bei den Fährbooten und hat es nicht weit zur Rialtobrücke etc. sowie zu den zahllosen Geschäften. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist unfreundlich und muffig.Informationsfragen haben wir uns daher lieber verkniffen und uns anderweitig informiert. |

Cet hôtel a la grande qualité d'être à quelques mètres de la place St Marc, accessible très facilement par la navette maritime Alilaguna depuis l'aéroport Venise San Marco (arrêt San Marco giardino), il est classique mais agréable et confortable. Une bonne note pour la qualité du petit déjeuner buffet et la gentillesse des personnels d'accueil. |

esta muy bien situado, el desayuno me parecio aceptable y la gente muy amable. El secador para pelo es muy malo, creo que deben cambiarlo y la cabina de la ducha me parecio muy incomoda. |
