Very friendly and dedicated staff, they do everything to make the stay at the San Marco comfortable The hotel is perfectly located for trips to the Lucca -only a ten minutes walk - and to the mountains and the coast. |

Excellent value for money, 500 metres from the city center with big parking for the car, you can just walk in the town forgetting car / bus. Big rooms, clean and modern. Hotel staff was very kind and professional. Nice breakfast on the pool side. A/C just a bit noisy. |

The location - it was very close to the city walls. The staff were outstanding. The room was comfortable, but basic. My shower leaked! |

Friendly courteous service, rooms were pleasant. We were very happy with the hotel. It was further away from the entrance to the cite than we thought, it took us about 10 mins to get inside the walls. |

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely. We will definately be visiting again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying in Lucca. |

das hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. der pool sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso die gesamtehotelanlage, sowie die außenanlagen. das badezimmer bzw. die dusche hätten größer sein können. waren aber immer sehr sauber. |
