The staff were extremly helpful,giving information on the area and helping to make the stay enjoyable.The small swimming pool was a bonus after a day sight seeing in Lucca.Lucca center was only a short walk away. |

Very friendly and dedicated staff, they do everything to make the stay at the San Marco comfortable The hotel is perfectly located for trips to the Lucca -only a ten minutes walk - and to the mountains and the coast. |

Excellent value for money, 500 metres from the city center with big parking for the car, you can just walk in the town forgetting car / bus. Big rooms, clean and modern. Hotel staff was very kind and professional. Nice breakfast on the pool side. A/C just a bit noisy. |

La disponibilita' del personale; la vicinanza al centro storico con possibilita' di andarci a piedi; la calma e tranquillita' l'unica cosa che non ho gradito e' stato un dettaglio della colazione peraltro buona; il fatto che per avere le uova strapazzate ( un uovo e anche piccolo! ) si debbano pagare ( cosa mai successa negli alberghi visitati all'estero) 2.5 euro. |
