Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Possible to have a joke with them in our poor Italian! The rooms were attractive and the ambience was calming. A neighbour's dog which barked well into the night. This of course was not the hotel's fault. I just wonder whether other guests had a similar experience. |

It was fantastic. The rooms were large brand new with all the modern facilities,the staff could not be faulted as they were friendly could speak many languages and had a wealth of knowledge on the area. Incredible. The swimming pool was really sweet and the bath robes was anice touch! Breakfast was outstanding! |

Staff were excellent, any questions we asked were answered without fuss and were really helpful. The location of the Hotel just a few minutes from the City Centre is good, especially when using the bikes available from the Hotel. Lucca is a beautiful city, and this hotel is located 1/4 mile from the walls. Has a basic but functional outdoor pool area. Also try their own wines & beers. Expensive but worth it! Drain in our room was a bit smelly & decoration around door had come away |

It was central to where we needed to be The room was basic though clean and the shower screen was falling off. There was no restaurant in the hotel and it is a good 10 min walk to the town. |
