L'Hotel San Moisè ocupa un edifici del segle XVI amb vista sobre el canal i és a només 5 minuts a peu de la plaça de Sant Marc. L'annex disposa d'un pati privat i tranquil amb un jardí. Les habitacions venecianes clàssiques del San Moisè ofereixen comoditats modernes, com ara TV per satèl·lit i tetera i cafetera. Totes les habitacions tenen un bany enrajolat amb banyera o dutxa i assecador. A la recepció del San Moisè, hi podreu recollir entrades gratuïtes per al casino de Venècia i premsa internacional gratuïta. També hi podreu reservar entrades per a l'òpera sense comissions. A l'estiu, s'ofereixen begudes al pati. El bufet d'esmorzar se serveix al menjador d'estil típic, que té vista sobre el canal. Tots 2 edificis de l'hotel són a 200 m del teatre La Fenice. La situació, està a 2 minuts de la Plaça Sant Marc I des de l'habitació veus el canal. Esmorzar molt escàs I els llits no molt còmodes.

Really good location close to St Mark's Square. Easy walking distance to all the major sites and designer shopping. Amazing 18th century property with rooms decorated with period furniture but also with modern facilities. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room large enough for full size bed for our teenage son. We were in Venice for the start of Carnivale which just added to the excitement of the trip. Would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and location.

Very professional and courteous staff. We had a family room (2 adults and 2 teens) with an amazing view onto the canal--really beautiful. Nice, quiet garden courtyard to relax with a cappuccino. Excellent location, excellent stay, excellent value.

Very good and helpful reception.The location was fine as it was close to the centre and yet nice and quiet at night.The room was clean and the bathroom very good.I Must say a few words about the decor of the hotel and the room - it was very ornate and Venetian which we liked very much and was what we wanted. Unlike a modern hotel which has no character.

We were a group of 8 in 2 family rooms - everyone was very excited about the rooms - a real 'Venetian' feel - even the bathrooms were terrific! Plenty of towels, and bath supplies. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast room is lovely with an amazing view of 'Venice'. Location is perfect, close to transportation, P.San Marco, easy to find - lovely courtyard. The staff were always very 'short' with us - we felt we were a 'bother'. They seemed to have more important things to do than take care of us. Even if there were 3 behind the counter, no one seemed prepared to receive us, answer our questions, help us check out. We were left waiting. Breakfast was a busy time, I understand that, but the staff were very 'put out' when we ordered cappuccinos and much time was spent on what appeared to be 'room service' breakfast preparation. Still it is a terrific place, I would recommend it and I would stay there again and hope for a few more smiles and that would make it perfect!!

Location was fine, 2 minute walk from the square. Breakfast was quite nice and would be lovely in the garden in the summer. Room for 4 was a bit snug, but as expected. Staff were friendly, but surprisingly were not able to help us book a gondola, and for dinner recommended a fairly tacky tourist trap place. Expensive for wifi which really should be free these days.

The view from my hotel room is fantastic. I could hear the gondola operator serenading. It was magic!. Bed is huge and room is spacious enough for my family of 3. Highly recommended for it is very covenient to move around San Marco!

Breakfasts were excellent with good choice and quality. Convenient walk with case from water bus at San Marco. Not a complaint an observation - as the entrance to the hotel is down a very small alleyway look up for a lamp with the hote's name on it and turn right at the end where there is another similar lantern. Water bus goes from San Marco airport to San Marco and it is only about 5-6 minute walk.

After a dubious start, we were able to find th Hotel fairly easily. Thank goodness for Deborah! She was a Star, her smiling face was a becon and she was remarkably helpfull. She not only answered our questionsand took care of us, she made great suggestions and pointednus in the right dirction. Thank you , she is a great person to have reprsent you. The next morning the Gentleman on the desck was also very helpfulk and made us feel special, his suggestions and help made our day. The room was great. Even if 2nd floor really means 3rd. Though Deborah saved the dayeven before we realsised it was on the 3rd floor, "we have a Porter." Thank God. The only problem was the Smell in the bathroom. Awful. It was clean but the smell....... Our overall experience at the Hotel Moise was Wonderful, our view down the canal was spectacular, complete with serenading Gondilers. Great experience! Smell in Bathroom.

Only location - other aspects of the hotel were not up to the standards I expect in a three-star hotel Hotel was located next to a canal and the street in front of the hotel and around the side of the hotel flooded 2 of the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was in an adjacent building - not convenient during rainy periods and not convenient when street was flooded - see comment above. Room was too small. This was probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

My daughter had stayed there in February...We found it everything she had told us......The hotel is lovely...the room was perfect for us as well as the location. We were very satisfied with every aspect of our stay .........We must also mention the helpful staff. In all we would return .

When yo are in Venice you may spend very little time in the Hotel. Staff was kind room was ok,location depends on the area you are moving so I would say it was ok and may stay was ok, so positive. Not ver important but for breakfast to go from the room to the breakfast room you have to go outside the hotel and get in again from another place. It is ok if it is not raining.

“Me parece un hotel con una buena situación por la parada del vaporeto nº 1 de Ca D'oro, cerquita del puente de Rialto tan lleno de vida y posibilidades en sus alrededores, y por el propio barrio de Cannareggio que ofrece multitud de sitios agradables donde comer/cenar o tomar una cervita/vino con tu tapa autoctona, y unos precios mas asequibles que los cercanos a S. Marcos. Por otra parte la atención del personal del hotel ha sido estupenda. La habitación era bastante bonita y cómoda y darte un bañito relajante con hidromasaje al llegar por la noche antes de acostarte, relajaba del cansancio diario acumulado.
