Fint familierom med god plass og takterrassen var super. Var sentralt i byen med lett tilgang til severdigheter, butikker og restauranter. Det var et lufteanlegg som bråkte på rommet. Det var litt irriterende da vi skulle sove. |

Sentral beliggenhet. Ble forst plassert pa et annet hotell, lite hyggelig. Svaert sma rom - neppe mer enn 12 m2. I bestillingen hevdes det at rommet er 20 m2. At de ikke overbooker og at dere opplyser om muligheten for a matte flytte |

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel with its unique flavour. The decor was very tasteful and to our liking. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast buffet very good. Another bonus was its proximity to St Mark's square. |

We had the best room 109 which had a canal view - it was perfect for absorbing the atmosphere in Venice. The location of the hotel was very central and breakfast was pleasant, even offering real coffee. the staff were helpful and pleasant. The beds and pillows need to be replaced as they are tired, and uncomfortable. |

Our room windows opened out to a canal, with passing gondolas. My family booked for 3 nights stay. When we arrived, we were told that our room's a/c broke down and we were directed to an alternative hotel 30 mins walk away. As a seasoned travellor, I knew they may have over-sold the rooms. Got to make requests and wait for bath towels and toilet rolls..this was not acceptable. The most friendly staff was the breakfast ladies. |

The location was great. The view from our room was nice. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. Upon checking my statement after getting back home, I noticed I was charged a lot more than what I had booked for. After calling them, they let me know I was upgraded to a luxury room (did not ask for) and that I would not be able to get my money back. |

Location. First day the hotel advised us we couldnt check in until after 3pm as this is a hotel policy and no matter if the room is free we still cant use it. We then arrived after 3pm, and got told the hotel had a flood so we had to be moved to another hotel. We moved to the other hotel which was very poor quality. Rude staff on the counter arguining with us over our identity cards which were printed and given by the other hotel so none of our business. Then the following day we got moved back to the hotel which had extreamly short and abrupt staff. Small rooms. Bed was tiny and uncomfortable, also could not open door properly because room was so compact. Would not recommend this for anyone. |

Situation close to canal and St Mark's Square. Room far too small to be sold as a room for 4 people. Barely big enough for 2 people. Room and bathroom both uninspiring. |

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a little dark and had no view, however it was warm and we would not have had our window open anyway. Once we located it, it was in a good location, close to San Marco Piazza. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful. |

Great location - central to Venice at the same time peaceful neighbourhood. Family room was comfortable and very spacious but standard double rooms are very small. Breakfast was good. Service levels were not upto the mark. |

Great location near a canal that we could watch from our window. Breakfast was great! When the hotel found out about some noisy building works taking place, they offered us a nights stay in a 4 star hotel around the corner. Wifi was not offered for free. Hourly charge. Room was very small. |

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient to the site. We were delighted that a free water taxi service was available to take us to the island of Murano. We had to take the public transport back, but that's ok. |

The hotel was very conveniently situated for lots of the attractions of San Marco. The room was beautiful - definitely worth spending a little extra to get a superior room. View over canal was charming - made for a lovely break. |

the location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from S.Marco and as they are on a small canal, we were able to get a water taxi when we left to the train station. Breakfast was very good but you have to walk outside and around the corner to get to the breakfast room, luckily it wasn't raining when we did this. No lift but they helped with our luggage. 5 euros/hour for WiFi is too expensive. Don't book water taxi through the hotel, was 10 euros more expensive. We got a card from a driver and booked direct through the general number and it was excellent. Bathroom had mould on the ceiling and was very small. |
