Ottima posizione. Appartamenti molto ben arredati, puliti e con riscaldamento acceso 24 ore su 24. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Io ho soggiornato per 2 giorni con il mio compagno ad una tariffa scontatissima quindi posso considerarlo un vero affare. Sebbene le tariffe piene siano molto più alte, mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente. Le uniche pecche riguardano l'assenza di connessione wi fi e l'assenza di piatti e bicchieri. ( a onor del vero pero non lo abbiamo fatto presente al personale)

O aquecimento do apartamento funcionou bem. De maneira geral, além da taxa municipal abusiva, a relação/benefício foi bem ruim. Segue a justificativa: 1) Não há recepcionistas ou qq comodidade fora do horário comercial; 2) O box do banheiro é ridículamente pequeno, 50cmX50cm, não é possivel se movimentar durante o banho; 3) Não há utensílios de cozinha suficientes; 4) A TV é minuscula, praticamente um monitor de computador.

Ottima accoglienza,bell'appartamento con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una serena vacanza.Bella la vista sull'Arno. L'appartamento era troppo rumoroso poiche' stavano svolgendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione al palazzo adiacente ed era troppo vicino alla strada che era trafficata,Un po' troppo lontano dal centro.

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro di Firenze. Le camere sono spaziose e la vista sul lungarno è stupenda. Il bagno è un pò piccolo per essere una camera quadrupla. Non è specificato nella presentazione del residence che la colazione bisogna prepararsela!

Ubicación, limpieza, vistas, amplitud habitación El ruido de la calle. Recomiendo a los visitantes que escojan habitaciones que no den a la carretera. Y recomiendo a los dueños del hotel que pongan ventanas con doble cristal
