On the shores of Lake Vico, this 5-star superior hotel is within the Parco Naturale dei Monti Cimini park, a 30-minute drive from Viterbo. It offers a wellness centre and gourmet restaurant. A lovely experience and wish we could have stayed there longer. The views from the hotel were great. The facilities were fabulous. The choice of food could have been better but a really good restaurant next to the hotel. Wish they had more staff speaking English.

The adress of the hotel at booking is wrong, the number is 18 not 2 which made us wondering around in the middle of the night for 30minutes. Fortunately at the end of the searc the lady at the reception was the cruical element of salvation and she was absolutely perfect during all our stay, as well as all other stuff. Breakfast was good, much better that classic Italian one. Food in general at the hotel restaurant is worth spending money. If you include the view it is very well spent money. The only problem is the size of the room which is way way to small to put evan one bag in to it. The view is spectacular, since you are literary at the shore of the lake Vico. Spa is realatively modest, steam bath and finish sauna + one small jacuzzy, but we had all that and a perfect lake view just for 2 of us for 15euro. Rooms are way to small

Beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed our holiday there. The view of the lake is amazing. The hotel is very clean and well loved. The staff bend over backwards to help you enjoy your stay. There is no swimming pool but that doesn't matter too much as the hotel is on the lake and you can swim there.

non mi è piaciuto niente. hotel e personale detestabile è stata un'esperienza vergognosa. Il ristorante era chiuso da 15 giorni e nessuno si è preoccupato di avvertirci prerventivamente, ne l'albergo , ne booking. La notte è scattata due volte la luce di emergenza e la mattina ,mentre riposavamo ( do not disturb alla porta ) ci hanno chiamato con insistenza per farci cambiare stanza. Nessuna connessione ad internet.Voi di booking avevate descritto ,tra i servizi dell'hotel, una palestra ( inesistente ). Colloquio telefonico con la direttrice , maleducatissima, che mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Siamo partiti un giorno prima , rovinandoci la giornata Festiva. Delusissimi sia da booking ( non mi rivolgerò più a Voi per le prenotazioni ) sia dall'Albergo

Il gusto e la ricercatezza dell'intera struttura ,oltre naturalmente l'incantevole posizione Purtroppo in tutta questa organizzazzione non sono riusciti a sintonizzare almeno uno dei tanti televisori per ricevere rai 1 dove era in corso la partita dell'Italia agli europei ! incredibile Ho dovuto cercare il primo bar (a tre km ) per vedere almeno il secondo tempo in un mini schermo. Non passa.

La posizione, molto bella, e la disponibilità del personale. La fantasia in cucina non corrisponde al meglio alla qualità dei prodotti. E' un commento professionale, visto che posseggo dei ristoranti. In pratica, consiglierei di puntare sulla qualità delle materie prime; il servizio, la tempistica, la presentazione dei cibi è di alto livello. Complimenti

Ci è piaciuto la tranquilità del posto e la cortesia dello staff. La nostra camera nonostante avevamo scelto con vista collina era sul lago quindi una bella sorpresa!
