Locanda Sant'Andrea Hotel & Relais  

Absolutely everything is to like at Hotel Sant'Andrea from the charming and helpful hosts to the warm and friendly staff who offer clean and comfortable accommodation within a very pleasantly designed environment. The breakfast is fresh and extensive served on a sunny terrace above the pool surrounded by flowering foliage. The restaurant is open of an evening and serves food of gourmand quality at a very reasonable price. All of this and only a few kilometres from Spiaggio Rena Bianca, a wide bay and beach with crystal clear water. And of course this is Italy so there is a piccolo cafe on the beach for light meals and coffee. The town of San Pantaleo is small and pretty surrounded by magnificent white mountains that can be viewed from all parts of the town and from your bedroom at the wonderful Sant'Andrea.

Nothing to dislike....seriously!

A beautiful pool area surrounded in fauna one of the most pretty poolside areas i have seen. the breakfast was very good served on the restaurant balcony surrounded by flowers with wonderful views to the mountain peaks. this was the best choice of hotel in the area which i highly recommend for a short visit to when in Sardinia. lovely village square where on a Thursday a fantastic market with quality clothes, fabrics, jewellery are excellent not to be missed. bus stops on way south to Olbia or north to Palau (sailing on the Archeaplego}. A selection of artisan shops and excellent wine shop in this small but beautiful hilltop village.

The hotel has a beautiful restaurant but was not available late September. Bar snacks of quality but very pricey.

We liked the quiet courtesy and warmth of all the staff, the ambience, architecture and the interior design of the whole place. It is effectively a charming 'Boutique' Hotel, small and personable in a delightful arty village. It's location is just perfect to see everything the Costa Smerelda has to offer. It's about an 8 minute drive to wonderful secluded sandy beaches where the water is crystal clear and turquoise blue. Just 10 minutes from Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo for the glitz or dinner.We preferred however to eat in the wonderful hotel restaurant - excellent cuisine, or, the local restaurants in San Panteleo where all the local community gathered in the evenings.

Not a thing to dislike, will definitely recommend it and will go back there it was a delight.

We were very happy with the hotel. First of all, the staff is extremely nice and polite, willing to explain things to you and make you feel relaxed; the location is also good. only a quick drive away to major attractions along the costa smeralda. We ran into the owners as well and it shows that they run their hotel with a lot of enthusiasm and dedication; we really enjoyed the breakfast too; the pastries were amazing! We will definitely go back one day!

The specification said that the room would have à balcony, which it didn't.

Hotel Sant'Andrea is in the perfect location for visiting the wonderful beaches, and villages of the northern coast and the area around Olbia. Its position in the middle of San Pantaleo is excellent with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and shops and a beautiful village square. Despite arriving at the hotel very late, as we queued for more than an hour to collect our hire car, we were still able to order a meal and start to relax. The breakfast terrace and pool area are beautiful with comfortable loungers and shaded seating. We cannot praise the staff highly enough. They were so helpful and friendly and always had the time to answer our questions and search for information about the local area. Our day started with a smiling welcome at breakfast and continued with a feeling of total relaxation and calmness. We had a wonderful two weeks and would love to return.

Very friendly staff, lovelly place and good price. The swimming pool and the breakfast are great. Nice and charming I would repeat. The village is tiny but nice and worth too see it.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced immediate warmth from reception and during our stay the excellent staff and hotel management team couldn't do enough for us. This hotel is a real gem set in a beautiful village, with access to great amenities. The hotel was extremely clean with great attention to detail. We selected the Sant`Andrea when are normal choice (Borgo Anticca was suddenly closed. The hotel was a 3*( Compared to a 4*) but we were very pleasantly surprised by some of its features. The front desk, lobby stairwells/corridors etc were beautifully designed & the pool area outstanding with a superb display of flowers.The breakfast buffet should satisfy anyone. All the staff were friendly & helpful & when leaving (after only 6 nights stay) we felt that they had become real friends.

The rooms were smallish ,when compared to the Borgo, but quite acceptable. If you needed more space for a quiet read their some superb sofas in a corner of the pool area.

Internet WiFi is limited to the reception area.

We just had one night at the Sant'Andrea, but that was wonderful. Our family room (two big rooms, really) was spacious and really nice. The kids loved the courtyard pool. The owners of the hotel really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My husband wanted to watch two games of the football Euro championship that night, so the owner booked us a table in a really great pizza place just round the corner in between the two games, and when Germany played and the signal of the TV set went down (huge crisis!), they came immediately and tried to sort it out for us. Lovely people, and lovely white beach just ten minutes down the road!

Staff exceptionally helpful. A clean very comfortable hotel in a very good location. Restaurant serves excellent food and wine. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Clean towels every day. Change of sheets.

Swimming pool a little cold, but still very enjoyable!

La gentillesse des propriétaires et l'ensemble de l'hôtel qui est très joli.

Prima ancora di varcare la soglia, la locanda vi accoglie con dei dettagli che non vi lasceranno indifferenti (ferma porta a forma di tartarughe, stendardi della locanda, ecc) Sarete accolti con grande cortesia e professionalità e vi sentirete immediatamente ospiti graditi.. Le camere sono arredate con cura e anche in questo caso con estrema attenzione ai dettagli (es. Ottimi Biscotti di benvenuto) Potrete inoltre godervi la vista delle rocce da bordo piscina.. La mattina si può gustare una splendida colazione a base di ottimi prodotti sul terrazzo che fa ancora più apprezzare l'ambiente che a intorno a voi. Esiste una profonda armonia in ogni aspetto e questo fa la differenza..

L'albergo, la posizione, la cortesia e disponibilità del personale tutto, ero già stata in giugno e ci sono tornata ora!

Wunderschön gelegenes, excellentes und feines Hotel mit schöner Terrasse und einem netten Pool. Hier haben wir es uns 6 Tage lang richtig gut gehen lassen! Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffre ließ keine Wünsche offen.

La atencion fue correcta. La ubicacion del mismo en cercanias de la costa esmeralda lo hace muy accesible

Decoracion un poco anticuada. Ofrecian habitaciones con balcon, pero solo hay 2.

La struttura, piccola e molto curata, la cortesia dello staff, l'ottima colazione. Di qualità e buon livello anche il ristorante.

Il bagno un po' piccolo, ma comunque sufficiente per un hotel di mare.

Hotel mit Charme und Ambiente! Einrichtung bis ins Detail geschmackvoll, schöne Poolanlage, abwechslungsreiches und leckeres Frühstück mit Obst, regionalen Spezialitäten, hausgemachten Croissants und Kuchen und allen italienischen Kaffeespezialitäten. Sehr nettes Personal.

Leider sind die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer wegen fehlender Ablagefläche bzw. Möglichkeiten, Sachen aufzuhängen, etwas unpraktisch für Strandurlauber mit nassen Handtüchern. Die Betten sind für unsere Liegegewohnheiten zu hart gewesen, sodass wir mehrere Tage nicht gut geschlafen haben, bis wir uns daran gewöhnt hatten. Das Wasser im Pool hätte ein wenig wärmer sein dürfen. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite und war daher etwas laut, darauf würde ich bei der nächsten Buchung achten. Trotzdem ein Treffer für unsere Flitterwochen!

Gezellig hotel met prachtig restaurant, ontbijtruimte en binnenplaats met zwembad met ligstoelen. Prima functionele kamers voor een schappelijke prijs. Zeer schoon. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk management.

Bedden waren enigszins aan de harde kant.

Prachtige kamers, sfeerfol hotel, goed ontbijt, geweldig gastronomisch restaurant erbij, schoon en uitstekend prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Het enige wat tegenviel is dat er geen balkon, terras bij de kamers zijn. Je kan dus niet naar buiten vanuit je kamer.

La amabilidad de todo el personal. La cercania a toda la Costa Esmeralda. El parking gratuito. La limpieza buena.

El desayuno muy monotono, durante los cuatro dias que estuvimos cada dia era lo mismo, muy escaso para mi gusto.
