la television no funcionaba se informo de la situcion y no hicieron absolutamente nada, en la reserva se informaba que la habitacion tenia un balcon y tal balcon no existia en ninguna habitacion

there was always smell of sigarettes in the bathroom; cold stony floor and no carpet

The room light is pretty dark which made us not comfortable at the first sight as it looked pretty rundown. But when we are in the room, we found that the room is actually very clean and the bed is comfortable. The room is big and the heating works very well through the night. Great value if you are looking for basics.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the center of Bologna. It was quite easy to find. There was a railway right at the back of the building, but to my surprise no noise was audible. There are very nice small balconies. Tv had a great variety of channels. A woman at the reception spoke English well.

Problems with hot water in shower, however I managed to take it.

They didn't appear to have our booking on record, had to switch rooms after the first night because of this (for only a two night stay) which was a pain. First room they put us in didn't seem ready for guests.

Cheap. Clean beds. Private parking for free. Quiet at nights.

Location; far from the city center (25-30mins of walk). Staff; No english, not a friendly environment. No elevators, hard to carry big luggages 3 floors up. The room only had a sink (shared bathroom), and there was water leaking from it, nobody cleaned it even if we tried to tell the reception.

that they could have some snacks;that if somebody ask, there is no need to go out ,especially at the time i arrived 23.00hr

its economic , clean and hot rooms for winter , if you seek for economic stay its good place to stay.

the rooms are too small you cant waste some time in your room, there is no television in the rooms , water pomp pressure is not good you cant take an fresh bath and there is no lobby or any other rooms in the building. its just sleep and go pension , there is nothing, if you expect something more , better to find some other alternatives.

It is located 15 mins down one single road that will lead you right to the city centre.

This is a TRUE 1 Star. You are given a room and a couple of towels and that is it. We were only there for one night and we were only awake within our room for about an hour so in our case it didnt matter.

- Four flights of stairs - Staff didn't speak any English, which I usually don't object to, but I found it particularly hard to communicate with these people - Had to pay for parking on the street - No wifi in the room - A bit of a walk to the center of Bologna, but not too bad

It was great accomodation with excellent comfort bed, private bathroom. All was clean, every day new towels, cleaned bath and room. Balkon looks to the big tree, calm and shady. Near to the city, public transport is very often to the old center of town. Staff is very kind and helpful.I can suggest for people who search clean comfortable place to rest after big tour of city. For this price it is excellent! Bátran ajánlom, tiszta, kényelmes és nagyon jó helyen van. Ezért az árért kiváló!

Vreemde binnenkomst, tussen 12 en 3 is er geen personeel aanwezig waardoor je jezelf via een telefoon in moest checken. Later moesten we op tijd terug zijn om de paspoorten te controleren. Er was geen ontbijt, ook al stond dit wel op Booking vermeld. Ver vanaf station.

L'hotel lascia la massima liberta nella gestione, una chiavetta che ti apre in automatico l'ingresso, la stanza sufficientemente grande con balcone e pulita.

L'acceuil devait se faire à partir de 12h il s'est fait à partir de 15h... en attendant nous sommes partis manger un morceau et à notre retour notre voiture était en fourriére!!!super!!!pourtant nous étions bien garé devant l'hotel,aucun panneau d'interdiction,du monde nous a vu,personne ne nous dit de ne pas stationner...la personne qui nous a receptionné s'est completement foutu de notre histoire,son seul soucis étant d'encaisser l'argent de la nuit...alors faites ce que vous voulez mais nous plus jamais l'hotel sant'orsola!!!!!!!!

Das erste Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch, beim zweiten roch das Bad sehr unangenehm. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer und das war dann gut.

Przesympatyczna obsługa, bardzo pomocna. Bez problemu można już po wymeldowaniu przechować bagaże. Blisko do starego miasta i taniego supermarketu :)

Posto tranquillo e molto silenzioso. Rapporto qualità prezzo buona.

дешево, достаточно удобное месторасположения, тихо. немного удивительно, что в вечернее время нет персонала в отеле, общаться с администратором можно по установленному в отеле телефону. но так как никаких проблем у нас не было в этом отеле, то и администратор был не нужен вообще.
