The hotel staff was very friendly and mapped everything out for us on how to get to the metro station to the sites to see and the places to go eat. Nice touch with chocolates on the pillow each night, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and bacon and fruit smoothies. A wide variety and held us over until dinner. Rooms great size and comfortable beds. It was a good ten minute walk to the metro station from the hotel and not the best looking neighborhood. We came back at night and thought we could catch a taxi outside the metro station but nothing so we had to walk back in the dark but had no issues at all. But it would be good if the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the metro station.

This was my third or fourth visit to Santa Barbara hotel and it is a good place to stay. Very clean,friendly staff and elegant hotel It is a bit out of the centre of Milan and if you are not a good walker it is a good 15 min walk to metro.

Overall a pretty seemly Hotel if you interests are in sud Miland. When starting, air conditioning equipment makes some noise; although this is a minor point and depends on people sensitivity it could be better.

la recepción del personal y la ubicación es muy buena el colchón no era confortable y la habitación olia a humedad, y el calor no nos dejo dormir, el aire acondicionado no estaba prendido, preguntamos y nos dijeron que todavía no le hacían mantenimiento. y es la primera vez que tengo que pagar estacionamiento en un hotel.

Quotidiano gratis. Letto comodo. Scelta di cuscini. Ottima la colazione per qualità e quantità. Mancanza di parcheggi pubblici. O meglio, ci sarebbero ma non sono mai liberi. L'alternativa è il parcheggio dell'hotel (a pagamento)
