Very good breakfast and friendly service. Practical location near by the railway station and the city center. Staff was very helpful and give us many good tips. Thank you David!
The lovely owner, David is very helpful, nice host! It's so clean, well decorated with cute lights and stuff. The place is close from Termini station, about 10min walk, and you can get to,most of the famous sightseeing spots by foot.
We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights and it was worth the money we paid compared to other accommodations in Rome city centre. The B&B is well maintained with clean rooms and has decent facilities. Breakfast had a good choice of breads, cereals etc. All in all we had a good stay.
The location would be the only negative point about the B&B. We didn't face any problems though but it does get lonely along the streets near the B&B at night.
David and Federico were the perfect hosts, providing great breakfasts and helpful advice and baggage storage as needed. My room was quiet and I slept well, even though we were 10 minutes from Termini and an easy walk to other places of interest
No problems at all. .
The room is very spacious for this price in center of Rome. The breakfast was very good with toast, coffee, and fried eggs. David and Federico are very friendly, nice, and helpful. When I forgot the credit card in the lobby and needed to rush to the airport, David rushed back to the apartment within 20 minutes. It is a huge favor that I will never forget.
Великолепные хозяева, очень отзывчивые. Удобное месторасположение. Приятная домашняя атмосфера. Incredibly client-oriented owners. Good location. Homy, very cosy.
The breakfast is sumptuous... The host provides eggs, he can do the way you like. Milk, yogurts, juices, cheese, ham, bread, biscuits are free flow.
Takes about 10 mins to walk to termini station. The path is uneven and has slopes.
He is very warm and lovely! It's the best B&B experience we have in Italy.
Great Staff and location.
It was within a 10 minute walk to Termini. Davide was very helpful organising an early breakfast for us and a transfer to the airport. There was anice restaurant nearby that Davide can give directions to.
The area between Termini and the B&B was a bit seedy for walking through at night.
The hotel is very near to the subway station, only 5 minutes, and the owner David is pretty nice. It's a good choose to live there in Roma .Next time we will still choose it .
The owner is very very friendly and helpful... It is a very good good B&B quality/price..
The location a female solo traveler is not very convenient as it is located next to the train station which is not very secure at night
From the very first e-mail we received from Davide we knew that our choice was a right one. Place is clean, cosy, and is located just right for those travelling by train (minutes from RW station). Clean shower, sheets, everything. Nice breakfast. The host who welcomed us was Davide, friendly, helping, knowledgeable person with a good sense of humor :). Definitely a place to return.
Great chatty hosts, very nice & clean room with a private bathroom & an effective air-con (cooled the room down in the 30C heats in a jiffy). Good breakfasts. The self-service bar available on spot was a nice touch, there was no need to run to the shop for every bottle of water or beer. The WiFi was great. And did I mention the awesome hosts? :)
The Termini neighborhood isn't the nicest place to be in the middle of the night, but it feels safe all the time (compared to the Piazza Garibaldi in center of Naples - it's super safe). Anyway, that's the price you pay for being in the city center.
nice and kind staff
it is not hotel, it is B&B and location is too dangerous at night
The owner, David, very nice and helpful man. Located very near the train station. Definite value for money. Breakfast and wifi were great.
It is 3 floors up! But a lift is provided.
I liked the David's reception and security and comfortable. The great breakfast. I loved to know this place and people.
The room is big and clean. The best one in this trip. A very quite place. David is really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not that good. I was "surprised" by the croissant as it's in a plastic bag and is NOT fresh. Is it really in Italy? The location is not that good. It's true that it is near the train station, around 5-minute walking. BUT the neighbor is not that safe. Walking from metro station to the place at night is not a good choice.
Santa bibiana is just about 10 minute walk from the termini station. You can easily reach underground stations (Termini & Vittorio Emmanuelle) and you can take a bus back to the airports just for a few euros, which was great. The owners were very nice and couldn't be more helpful, especially David. Federico was lovely too but we didn't see much of him. David explained to us how best to reach the places we were interested in, advised on places to eat, etc... For breakfasts we had quite a choice of spreads for toasts, sweet pastries, cereal, there was also always ham and cheese. The rooms were cleaned daily and all facilities were very clean. I would definitely stay there again. A big thank you to the owners, you made our stay really comfortable!
Because the b&b is close to the main station it does get noisy, however the windows are soundproof and you can always put the air con on if you feel hot.
Getting attacked by the clingy and not to clean looking shower curtain
The accommodation was comfortable and very well managed. Breakfast was simple but nice. David and Fredrico were excellent hosts.
1) Very clean room. 2) VERY VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. 3) DAVID HAD GAVE US MANY INFORMATION ABOUT ROMA. 4) WI-FI HAD THE ROOM. 5) Νear PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 6) GO unconditionally
1) THE NIGHT THE AREA WAS A LITTLE DANGERUS BECAUSE IT HAS A LOT OF HOMELESS. 2) Request double bed before going but found two bed glued together
David was really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had quite a good variety.
Shower cubicle was tiny.
Host was nice
Toilet a bit small
