If you "have" to stay in Naples it's a good area to be. Naples is not a nice place to visit.
The air conditioning hardly works! We sweated all night.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable but quirky. Some good ideas for a boutique hotel, but some odd too. The breakfast is adequate without being great. We liked our stay with reservations.
The approach/entry to the Hotel is confusing as there is little on the street and the main entrance is like entering a sleazy warehouse. The lift is tiny and the Hotel floor (3) is poorly marked. The bath in the middle of the lounge, with a shower over it an no screen is odd to say the least.
Night shift staff was nice and helpful
The entrance at the bottom looks like a haunted mansion. Elevator is from the 60s and is about to collapse. The Hotel is not quite what you think. They took over a unit on the 3rd floor of a residential building.
New, clean and modern boutique hotel in central location. Only in Nsples overnight so ideally located in the centre of the city. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Nice hotel, location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast is a real treat!
The large shower does not fit the bathroom, you are pressed against the glass wall to wash your hair
Lovely hotel, small and intimate in the most central location. Very secure. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfy and shower a real treat. Gift of traditional pasta on check out was nice touch.
Nothing. A great hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior design was modern and the hotel was clean. It was very convenient to the port where we needed to be the next morning.
The beds were seriously like laying on concrete! One of the worst I have ever slept on. The hotel is located in part of the third floor of a very old building, so getting into it is a bit odd, but not a deal breaker.
Nice design hotel very near main attractions in Naples. It's on the third floor of a larger building, with a rickety elevator, so the entrance may seem a bit strange, but inside it's all very modern. Rooms are comfortable but a bit small, fine for just one or two nights. We had to leave very early for a flight, so didn't have the chance to try the breakfast. They also have a kind of guest sitting room, very nice looking!
Our room had the shower right in view of the bedroom, which may put some people off.
Image of hotel, staff, position, little details, client care, setting, welcome and gift, all excellent
Building entry is a bit shabby, Wi-Fi in rooms does not allow much on smart phones.
short distance to shopping area great places for dinner in close distance
the hotel allows to have direct access to the main streets and funicular.
the breakfeast has a good presentation with choice but it's not really good. Instead orange juice there is a pinapple and red fruit juice which are chemical.
night staff really helpful breakfast great experience compact but every you wanted Day staff & reception couldn't have been more accomodating
Lift - but were not lift fans (There are no faults with this hotel that we found
Excellent location - easy walking distance to sites and shopping.Newly redesigned hotel inside a historic building. Very friendly staff. Clean.
Excellent greeting from staff. Helpful, professional and kind. Great location, beautifully modern and clean. Nice touches of a cool drink when we arrived and a gift of pasta which we can't wait to eat the breakfast was outstanding. We are going back for sure! Kimberly O.
Not one thing!
Excellent position close to harbour (ferries to Capri), stylish breakfast and friendly staff. Perfetto!
Rooms were lovely, area to sit and have a drink and chat. Very accommodating when we asked for a taxi to be booked for our departure to the airport. Perfect placed for our needs.
Entrance a bit drab and scary, you wonder what you have booked. Feel that toasr would be a nice touch, with boiled eggs? maybe.
This was a return visit and I was very happy to be remembered and welcomed back so warmly. The hotel is an ideal base to get around a very vibrant city. We walked 6 miles round Naples Bay, caught the bus and the Circumvesuvius train to Herculeum, used the very modern and safe Metro and enjoyed the wonderful food. Everyone we met was very friendly. Churches, Art and Culture abound. The hotel was an oasis of calm and the breakfast of little tapas plates, great bread, baba, and coffee was delicious. Go and experience the full-on, thrilling city that is Naples. Just use common sense and be brave.
Great location for exploring the city and the metro.
Ground floor entrance is bit of a shock ; rooms are a bit prefabricated and you could be anywhere but the balcony was fun ; Ok for a value B&B but it wasn't priced that way. There are better deals for sure.
The location of the hotel is the best, right in the center of the old city. The rooms are clean and fashion lay decorated. The staff is very helpfull and kind.

Helpful/friendly reception staff
Entry to hotel is difficult.
Staff tried, parking worked, very clean rooms
Very basic, almost no services, 'lobby' is a sofa and a TV, you hear everything which happens in the hall and the reception. Can't believe they have 4 stars.
Hospitality, location, cleanness, goodby gesture and the present we have received when leaving the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay in Hotel Santa Brigida
We would be more happy if the personnel was more fluent in English.
Good location. Nice breakfast. Good bed. Friendly staff.
Room a bit expensive. Air-conditioning has not enough capacity to cool the room effectively ! Minibar use not administrated by the hotel (and not by us either). This may result in an arbitrary estimate of Euro 11,- on your hotel bill.
Location was very good. Close to The marina for boat trips and also a lively area for shopping and food.
Very dirty area. AC was broken all weekend with no fans or options for other rooms. Staff was just OK.
