Created by Kenzo Tange and Associates, the Romeo is across from the ferry port for Capri and Ischia. The hotel features stylish rooms, a rooftop pool overlooking Naples Harbour, and a modern spa.

In the lively Chiaia neighborhood, Hotel Majestic is in the most exclusive shopping district in Naples. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.

Nice, cozy, staff super helpful and nice, superior breakfast. I can say that this is one of my best hotel experiences. It's located in the very center, rooms are very nice and clean. They provided soy milk at breakfast just for me.
Service was amazing. Location was very central to good restaurants and shops.
Air conditioning was useless. Struggled to find the hotel. Two tiny towels for the whole room. The tiles are wobbly and the ceiling fire alarm had a flashing green light. Was way too expensive for what we got.
the hotel is right in the middle of Naples, everything is in walking distance. the personal is very friendly & obliging. the breakfast is a good variation of Italian and international food, it comes in small pieces to take away from the buffet. as there are not so many rooms, the noise level is very low! the windows are noise canceling, that is necessary in Naples.
the entrance is not very obvious, but we didn't expect it to be like a Hilton Hotel, that's why we had chosen this one!
Deluxe Rooms Clean Bathrooms Friendly Staff Free Breakfast Surreal Art Unique Stay The Hotel feels like a Modern Art Museum and was very spotless throughout. This is a lovely place for a couple or someone who has a more eccentric taste in decor. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. We had a canopy four post bed, a see through hi-tech shower, a bathtub in the middle of the room, a bidet, a mini bar and a balcony overlooking a main shopping street . I highly suggest that you spend the extra money to get a deluxe room.
If you "have" to stay in Naples it's a good area to be. Naples is not a nice place to visit.
The air conditioning hardly works! We sweated all night.
Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to great cafes and shops. Very pleasant 20 minute walk to waterfront cafes. ATM close by. Balcony to street and good room size. Airconditioning was appreciated with the warmer weather. Tiny Lift up to hotel floor- 1 person and 2 suitcases at least didn't have to take stairs. Quirky entrance to building doesn't look like a hotel. Breakfast was OK.
No lighting over or near desk. Too dark to write at. TV balanced on funky narrow pedestal, had to be careful not to knock it over. Side tables -one very wobbly brass stand with tiny glass top and one tiny wooden crate 20cm high. Can't safely put glass on it or fit a book.Getting soaked with cold water when trying to turn on the shower jets, water would hit the glass door and flood the floor outside shower cubical. Shower over bath in middle of room created slippery conditions, water went everywhere. Lack of space for toiletries by basin. No where to hang clothes/ towels while showering.Breakfast was placed on lots of tiny dishes Japanese style, food seemed to dry out faster presented this way.
It is a nice, clean and small hotel with a good location. The image and concept are modern and comfortable, with clever solutions to overcome space limitations. The staff is friendly.
The hotel is clearly overrated and overpriced. Rooms are small with the bath room built within the room. The common areas are almost non-existent. The breakfast is pretentious and does not offer quantity or choice. The hotel is located in the top floor of a run down building.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable but quirky. Some good ideas for a boutique hotel, but some odd too. The breakfast is adequate without being great. We liked our stay with reservations.
The approach/entry to the Hotel is confusing as there is little on the street and the main entrance is like entering a sleazy warehouse. The lift is tiny and the Hotel floor (3) is poorly marked. The bath in the middle of the lounge, with a shower over it an no screen is odd to say the least.
Night shift staff was nice and helpful
The entrance at the bottom looks like a haunted mansion. Elevator is from the 60s and is about to collapse. The Hotel is not quite what you think. They took over a unit on the 3rd floor of a residential building.
New, clean and modern boutique hotel in central location. Only in Nsples overnight so ideally located in the centre of the city. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Nice hotel, location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast is a real treat!
The large shower does not fit the bathroom, you are pressed against the glass wall to wash your hair
Good location for city tour. Friendly man at the reception (only 1person out of 2) Room facilities were ok, excluding some dust on the glass surface
1. Kitchen staff (a man) was absolutely unfriendly, he did not even say hello in the morning, he was totally agnoring our family, was not cleaning tiny table while surving breakfast. Only 2 tables out of 6 were busy at the same time. He was serving in a manner he is doing a favor not a job :( 2. There were not fresh vegetables at all and the bakery was poor. Very limited fruits available. 3. Very limited and low-quality bath cosmetics. 4. When we checked out we were requested to pay cash for extras :( why only cash? 5. We asked a girl at the reception to recommend a restaurant for dinner out and she did recommend us a restaurant and proactively propose to make a reservation for us. Leaving a hotel we recieved a printed out address of the restaurant but when we came to the location (by foot) the restaurant was closed due to Sunday. I wonder how is it possible if she recommend us that place and even made a reservation??:( we needed to look for other restaurant that was not in our plans as we were travelling with a 4 years old son that provides some limitations. I'm very concerned and disappointed with staff attitude especially taking into account all good references I read while planning our visit. My family has absolutely opposite impression. Hotel is very avarage and definitely not a 4 * ;(
Lovely hotel, small and intimate in the most central location. Very secure. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfy and shower a real treat. Gift of traditional pasta on check out was nice touch.
Nothing. A great hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior design was modern and the hotel was clean. It was very convenient to the port where we needed to be the next morning.
The beds were seriously like laying on concrete! One of the worst I have ever slept on. The hotel is located in part of the third floor of a very old building, so getting into it is a bit odd, but not a deal breaker.
Nice design hotel very near main attractions in Naples. It's on the third floor of a larger building, with a rickety elevator, so the entrance may seem a bit strange, but inside it's all very modern. Rooms are comfortable but a bit small, fine for just one or two nights. We had to leave very early for a flight, so didn't have the chance to try the breakfast. They also have a kind of guest sitting room, very nice looking!
Our room had the shower right in view of the bedroom, which may put some people off.
Image of hotel, staff, position, little details, client care, setting, welcome and gift, all excellent
Building entry is a bit shabby, Wi-Fi in rooms does not allow much on smart phones.
short distance to shopping area great places for dinner in close distance
the hotel allows to have direct access to the main streets and funicular.
the breakfeast has a good presentation with choice but it's not really good. Instead orange juice there is a pinapple and red fruit juice which are chemical.
night staff really helpful breakfast great experience compact but every you wanted Day staff & reception couldn't have been more accomodating
Lift - but were not lift fans (There are no faults with this hotel that we found
Excellent location - easy walking distance to sites and shopping.Newly redesigned hotel inside a historic building. Very friendly staff. Clean.
Excellent greeting from staff. Helpful, professional and kind. Great location, beautifully modern and clean. Nice touches of a cool drink when we arrived and a gift of pasta which we can't wait to eat the breakfast was outstanding. We are going back for sure! Kimberly O.
Not one thing!
Excellent position close to harbour (ferries to Capri), stylish breakfast and friendly staff. Perfetto!
Rooms were lovely, area to sit and have a drink and chat. Very accommodating when we asked for a taxi to be booked for our departure to the airport. Perfect placed for our needs.
Entrance a bit drab and scary, you wonder what you have booked. Feel that toasr would be a nice touch, with boiled eggs? maybe.
This was a return visit and I was very happy to be remembered and welcomed back so warmly. The hotel is an ideal base to get around a very vibrant city. We walked 6 miles round Naples Bay, caught the bus and the Circumvesuvius train to Herculeum, used the very modern and safe Metro and enjoyed the wonderful food. Everyone we met was very friendly. Churches, Art and Culture abound. The hotel was an oasis of calm and the breakfast of little tapas plates, great bread, baba, and coffee was delicious. Go and experience the full-on, thrilling city that is Naples. Just use common sense and be brave.
