The room was very clean, newly refurbished and comfortable (especially the bed). It had some really good restaurants nearby to which the really nice owner directed us. The owner was also really nice in respect of everything you could ask of him, but he did not understand English, however if you have a basic understanding/knowledge of Italian you would be ok. The breakfast was bio and completly on my taste, as I do not really fancy meat and eggs at breakfast! In respect of location, it is central and within walking distance from citta alta, however could be tricky to find the first time without a gps! Overall - excellent value for money, would definetly stay there again! |

friendly staff, clean room and facilities good restaurants located close by, I arrived after dark and left early so not much else to experience. was a little far from the train station although clearly knew the distance/ location prior to my booking. When I arrived I was advised that they would have picked me up which would have been fantastic .... if I had know beforehand! |

Service at Hotel Santa Caterina was really friendly and helpful even that they didn't speak too much English. Hotel was located in vicinity of Bergamo's old city and you can easily take a 10 - 15 minutes walk into it. Breakfast was good enough for our needs. |

We had a 1 night stay before an early morning flight from Begarmo airport. The staff at Hotel Santa Caterina, though they didn't speak alot of english, were extremely friendly & helpful. We were greeted with a big smile, the room was very clean & had all that we needed. nothing I didn't like |

The hotel staff were Excellent. They couldn't of helped us anymore and I would highly recommend this hotel again for any body going to Bergamo. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the breakfast is the best we've ever had. Congratulations to both Nicola and Daniela. A great place to stay and a wonderful atmosphere. |

This is an eco-friendly hotel in the beautiful town of Bergamo with great amenities, very modern, super-friendly staff. The only regret we have is we didn't stay longer! |

The owners are very nice. They came to pick us up from the train station and drove us back to the station again at the end of our stay, as we did't have a car. Good location, very near Bergamo Alta. Very nice quality for a 3 star Hotel. |

Very nice hotel managed by a very nice couple Daniella and Nichola. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and I´t was really a pleasant time. If we should go to Bergamo again we would be happy to sleep at this hotel. Maybe the breakfast was a little to simple. |

Very friendly staff, made early breakfast because we had to leave for the airport. Good location, about 25 minute walk from the old town. Good, basic, recently renovated room. Free parking for the car. |

Friendly and environmentally committed owners. Comfortable and clean bedroom + bathroom. Very quiet at night. Possibility of (completely) darkening the room at night. The rooms near the reception hall can be quite noisy in the morning. |

The owners of Santa Caterina, a young couple with small children, made us feel extremely welcome during our brief stay. It has the feeling of a bed and breakfast where you can interact with the owners if you want and they serve you breakfast in the morning if you desire. The rooms are nicely decorated, each one in a different color scheme with hardwood floors throughout. You can tell that the owners are proud of their hotel and work hard at making their guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Bergamo. |

El hotel es muy pequeño con pocas habitaciones pero muy bien situado, muy nuevo, muy limpio, sin ruidos, salvo las campanas de la iglesia, se aparca bien, los dueños, que son una pareja joven, encantadores, recomendable totalmente. No tiene ningún tipo de instalaciones: sólo las habitaciones y el reducido comedor para desayunos. El desayuno no tiene nada salado, para los que nos gusta desayunar salado, ni pan normal, aunque puedes pedir aceite de oliva. |

This new family run hotel was really good for our one night stay before flying home from Orio al serio airport.Bergamo Citta alta is in easy walking distance and is worth a trip.The husband and wife staff are lovely and though they couldn't speak English and we can't speak Italian they tried their best at everything. |
