Hotel Santa Chiara & Residenza Parisi  

Rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto soddisfacente. La prima sera che abbiamo soggiornato il hotel era stata chiesta la colazione in camera per il giorno successivo la mattina non è arrivata ho chiamato la reception ha subito provveduto scusandosi per la mattina successiva hanno preso nota e sono stati puntuali insomma che dire soddisfatti per la cortesia e la loro attenzione per gli ospiti

La gentilezza di tutto lo staff ed è per questo che siamo ritornati per la quarta volta e consigliamo a tutti la residenza parisi perchè è molto tranquilla come posizione Anna e Giuseppe Lembo Capri.

Posizione, pulizia, colazione

Un po' rumoroso verso le 7 di mattina causa vicinanza alla stazione di traghetti e autobus, ma è lo scotto da pagare per essere anche vicini alla stazione dei treni, che è una grande comodità

Occorre maggior attenzione sulla funzionalità della camera. Lumi non non funzionanti, frigobar mancanza di cavatappi.

Locate in the convenient area and good place to start in visit Venice. Room is good, cleaning is well and suitable for family.

First of all, we choosed this hotel because it was announced as the only one with a parking and when we came there, there was no parking anymore. Breakfast is really minimum service, second day when we came at 9.30 the buffet was empty and we had to wait a long time for partial refill.

very good hotle, friendly reception, WIFI internet, no doubt, Santa Chiara hotel is my frist chiose when i come back to venice.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. At first we were concerned when we learned we were staying at the Annex, Residenza Parisi, but soon realized we prefered staying there. We traveled with 3 other couples and it was nice having our rooms together. The rooms were large, the bathroom was tremendous and being next door to a market was extremely convenient for stocking up our mini fridge. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice added bonus! Breakfast was served in the main building, but it was only a 2 minute walk. The location couldn't be beat for convenience --- Just steps outside the door was a convenient vapporetto stop, across the bridge was the train station, and when you step off the people mover from the port, you are staring at the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel is that the mattress are in need of replacing. We also found these things odd, but believe it to be a "European thing": the only place to store your clothes are in a closet with a few shelves and the shower doesn't have an enclosure such as glass or a curtain. These were minor inconveniences and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a free standing building at the start of the Grand canal( opposite end to San Marco) and very close to the St Lucia Station. This was great as it was much less touristy/ crowded.We were fortunate to be able to book room 401, a large room with a huge deck overlooking the Grand canal and a smaller intersecting canal, with large gardens across the bridge and great views watching all the activity on the water. Pia Roma ferry stop a few metres away and a supermarket vey close. Staff were very professional and there was free internet use in a small lounge area. Breakfast was good and although no coffee or tea facilities, staff arranged pots of hot water and cups to take up to the room whenever we wanted. Good restaurants nearby. The main bus hub is over behind the building but there was no noise.... We were too busy looking the other direction. The hotel also offers free water taxi out to Murano, but you are obliged to visit a glassblowing factory. We enjoyed this but some my feel pressured to buy.

Great location. Easy access via Water Taxi to St Mark's square. Ten minutes walk to Train Station & Bus at the door to the airport.

Interior of the rooms were dated and dark.

Location was fantastic & our room 401 the best. Shower was awful but the room made up for that.

The shower was terrible.
