we appreciated the kindness and availability of the personnel to help. The rooms are large and quiet, optimal for relaxing. High score for the breafast, the buffet selection is good compared to Italian hotels standard and quality is excellent!!! |

Beautiful buildings; lovely and peaceful; rooms simple but clean and comfortable. Fantastic value for money. My room was too warm for me, and I could not see how to turn off the heating. Accordingly I did not sleep very well. |

The chance to stay in a converted monastery was interesting. It was quite different and a comfortable one night stay. Lovely court yard, good breakfast. Not too long a walk to town along the river. I specifically booked a double room with a double bed and confirmed this prior to stay. Unfortunately we were given a twin room on arrival and as the hotel was full we could not be re-located. A bit disappointing. We were not offered any compensation. |

The peaceful ambience of staying in a convent and although the walk was a good 15 minutes it was very pleasant. Rooms are basic but comfortable |

its a very peaceful place in simple surroundings, yet only a few minutes from the ancient city of Pisa and also very convenient to the major roads so suitable for the overnight stop before traveling into Tuscany. Handy safe parking behind the hotel. This was our second stay here. One concern was the slippy wet floor in the wetroom style bathroom with magnificent marble floors. We did find it difficult to find late at night but that might have been true of anywhere. a sign at the main road where the turn off into a minor road would have been great. |

Beautiful converted monastery. Very historic and well appointed. It felt great. Good business travel hotel. I needed Wifi. Bookings said it had Wifi, the only reason I stayed so far from the city centre. It was important to my business. The staff insisted my computer had a problem. I had to sit in the courtyard in the middle of the night for Wifi, and it did not even work there sometime. Also, the taxi to airport is a racket. $20 for 5 minute ride. Take the bus for $2.. |

The hotel being a converted convent retained a wonderful atmospere and a perfect retreat from the busy city of Pisa. An excellent hotel for something different. |

lovely, clean room in lovely grounds. close to city centre with very frequent buses and only 20 mins walk .great spread at breakfast and all at a very reasonable price indeed. lack of air conditioning meant i had to leave window slightly open which despite meshing over window invited the inevitable mosquitoes. noise was also an issue, planes regularly overhead, generators running and noisy guests. |
