Big room, very clean, bed was comfortable, weather was great, pool was really clean and poolside was very quiet with comfortable sunbeds. Also ten minute walk to a nice beach. The food was shocking. Very little choice, poorly cooked (especially the steak). Only choice of side orders was salad. The hotel is on a junction of the motorway with a small selection of overpriced cafes to eat at if you leave the hotel. |

The room was very clean and comfortable however we had to ask for the air con to be put on and it was near useless. the staff in general were friendly but seemed to have little experience in dealing with queries or letting us know about the area. The pool area was fabulous, very quiet and relaxing and this is how i would recommend the hotel. the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The area around the hotel was not nice with very little to do or places to eat. there was no real atmosphere in the hotel, people did not spend time in the communal areas because of this and i felt this left the hotel lacking. The gym listed was not open later in the day and was difficult to find. |

Very comfortable and relaxing. High standards of service and cleanliness. Location/surrounding area not the best - car essential if you want to get around. |

Very clean, nice design, quiet, nice swimming pool, friendly staff, good value for money. Central air condition was not efficient at all - the biggest issue - it was almost as no air condition, difficult to sleep at night due to temperature. Breakfast is not varied enough for stay longer than 2 nights. |

Lovely hotel, lovely room, nice swimming pool, clean, breakfast good by Sardinian standards, staff spoke English, car definitely needed though Airco system was centralized and not good, room was very warm and felt like a hotel without airco!! |

We liked everything about the hotel. Big, modern, clean rooms with balconies, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, nice garden and a relaxed atmosphere. We had a family room (2 rooms with communicating door), and there was a compact kitchenette (fridge, a sink and a 2-plate hob for cooking). All in all, a great little hotel. The only possible improvement would be better indication to the hotel, which is located in a residencial area - a maze of one way streets. It is actually easy to see from the road coming from Cagliari, but not so if you're arriving from Pula direction. |

It is very good hotel for the three-star hotels. Nice decoration, very clean, friendly staff, tasty food, good swimming pool. Location is not the best. Hotel does not have its own beach and quite far from the public beach. You would have to cross the big road to get to the beach. And the beach is not the best one. |

The room was spaceious with nice furniture, clean and neat with proper furniture on the balcony. Breakfast buffet was relaxed and never any crowds or empty plates (however no culinary highlight). Free towels for the pool and a beach lounger area across the main road. The beach isn't much though, compared to what the island has to offer. Good parking and very close to large supermarket. There are some ordinary, but welcoming cafées and a pizzeria serving tasty pizza on slabs of cardboard nearby. The hotel staff was mostly cheerful and helpsome, but unfortunately often quite disorganized and stressed. My room wasn't cleaned the first day. The balconies are right next to each other without any shielding, which can be quite disturbing. There are no good restauarants near the hotel and the hotel restaurant is awful. You have to book in advance and at the same time deside what you want to eat from the very sparse menu. Even though you are given a time for your meal, decided by the staff, I had to wait 45 minutes and was then shown to a table where a party of 7 people had just left. Only plates and glasses were cleared, the table cloth wrinkled and full of wine staines and bread crumbs. One unexperienced girl was serving 13 tables, which I presume created the chaos. The first course was served before a drink order was taken and I had to fetch the cutlery myself for the main corse. The food was dry and over cooked. The lobby bar is almost never staffed and when someone comes running there is never any ice/alcohol/coffee. At first I was annoyed, but then the resemblence to Fawlty Towers eventually made it all quite amusing. You never knew what they would do next. The hotel is a good base for travelling the area, but on the other hand stuck in between everything, since you need a car to visit town or go to a nice beach or enjoy the nature. |

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santa Lucia Capoterra. The facilities are quite confortable, with an excellent pool amid well tended gardens. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurant. A very nice little shopping center nearby, with a good supermarket, which is always helpful. Free use of internet: wonderful! The hotel could have a van service at reasonable rates for transfers to the airport and trips to downtown Cagliari and Chia, to be used by guests on a first come first served basis. |

Very clean hotel rooms were very spacious and spotless. Staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The breakfast was continental There is plently for free parking and the hotel is right next door to nature resort with thousands of pink flamingos The hotel was very central to get out and about a 20 minute drive to Pula where the scenery was fantastic in April and about the same into Cagliari Maybe some hot choices of food for breakfast and able to get snacks during the day would be nice |

The staff were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they possibly could. The breakfast was quite awful. Though the beach is not too far - it is pretty dirty and that impacted our holiday. |

Mooie kamers, goed ontbijt, vlotte service, uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
