No swimming pool or gym

Everything was so good but you should be with your own car cause it's far from any transportation.

OMG! The hotel is splendid! Everything was much more then we espected. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Staff was nice and very helpful, breakfast was good.

Friendly and guest-oriented staff, excellent location, but in order to find it easier is recommended to use your brain, not rely only on GPS :). Very quiet and potentially relaxing place, unfortunatelly we did not have enough time to enjoy at full the place. At breakfast, we thought we were not in Italy...Too many things to eat, everything looked and tasted excellent. You have to notice that we are after some very disappointing experiences with hotels in Italy and maybe some things wich are normal and of good sense in other countries we found excellent, because they are not typical for Italy...An other particular thing, we travelled with an 8 months baby and we had some electrical tools that we could use in the hotel, thanks.

Nothing to mention, we have to stay there 2nd, 3th or more times...

We enjoyed the private patio beautifully surrounded with bushes and the local restaurant. The choice of pastry for breakfast is great! The airport of Bologna is 20 minutes away by car while as a nice and peaceful town of Budrio is 5-7 minutes away. Try coffee and cakes in the bakery on the main square. The staff speaks both Italian and English. All in all the place is peaceful and quiet and the staff is really helpful.

For the first time in our honey moon, we were treated as clients instead of tourist. The home made pasta, the cold meats, the staff and the facilities were great. Service was available in french, italien and english. It will definetely be a place for us to remember and if we are ever in the surroundings of Bologna, we will definetely go there again. We recommend it to anyone!!

A very nice place with confort and good swimming pool

Wonderful hotel, where we could relax and which is managed by the owners, who really made us feel welcome. Very friendly staff, who offered good service and good food! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay!

ottima struttura personale all' altezza prezzo contenuto

Zeer gastvrij, heerlijk eten - o.a. het gratis ontbijt met zelfgemaakte cakes, taarten en jam met natuurlijke produkten, mooie en verzorgde kamer. Hoewel de afstand tot openbaar vervoer 4 kilometer was, werden wij volgens afspraak steeds gratis naar de bushalte in Granarolo gebracht of naar het station van Budrio voor onze dagtrips naar Florence en Rimini die prima met de trein te bereiken zijn. De eigenaar sprak prima Engels en met anderen was ook Frans mogelijk of bleek Spaans aardig begrijpelijk te zijn. We konden er goed joggen. De stad Bologna is een aanrader vanwege de gezellige sfeer, de historische gebouwen (zonder de hordes toeristen van Florence) en het ontspannen kunnen wandelen onder de vele mooie arcades.

Dat het zwemseizoen nog niet was begonnen en het zwembad daarom nog dicht was en wij 's morgens dus niet even een paar baantjes konden zwemmen. Het blijkt aan te bevelen om met de auto te komen omdat je dan niet afhankelijk bent van de pendelbus.

Rapport qualité-prix. Pas loin de Bologne pour le shopping et la culture et au calme pour se reposer. A recommander! Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente et agréable. L'hôtel a un restaurant qu'on n'a pas eu l'occasion de tester à cause de notre agenda. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Seul regret au petit-déjeuner. La salade de fruits n'était plus fraîche le 2ème jour et le 3ème jour. On goûte avant. Dommage! Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture et un bon GPS ;)

Complessivamente ci è piaciuto tutto. Per prima cosa l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della signora,poi le dimensioni ampie della camera con I relativi servizi, l'ottima cena e la super colazione.La tranquillità del luogo ad un passo dalla città. Siamo stati contenti senza nessun problema.

Non abbiamo trovato nulla di cui dare anche un piccolo giudizio negativo.

La struttura è ben mantenuta all'interno di un'area verde di campagna a pochi km da Budrio,le camere sono accoglienti,moderne e ristrutturate. C'è un ristorante che si presenta molto bene però non posso dare un giudizio in quanto non ci sono stato. I prezzi dei menù sono abbastanza alti per la media della zona.Il personale è molto gentile

Non si vive l'atmosfera della campagna, dell'agriturismo del posto essendo una struttura semplicemente alberghiera.

nedovoljna označenost ulica,sadržaja i uputstava te bez navigacije se može izgubiti dosta vremena na pronalaženju lokacije/objekta (isti zaklonjen starijim i napuštenim objektima istoga vlasnika ,a koji su nažalost prema prilaznom putu...ostalo sve 5.

Check-in troppo ristretto per l'orario di arrivo.

O hotel é aconchegante. Fica em uma área afastada da cidade (Budrio). Para quem está de carro na região poderá ser uma opção. O café da manhã é bem variado e servido em um sítio agradável.
