Price is good for excellent location in a big European city. Great location and price. Staff was helpful, breakfast for European standards was average/fine and you could eat as much as you liked. Not a fancy place, but very good value for money for a big European city. The walls and doors were not that thick so noise within the hotel traveled a lot. |

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, which made the sites walkable. And, it was reasonably priced for the location. The street that it is on is very narrow and nice-not a lot of traffic goes through there. It also had air conditioning, which was nice. The hotel could benefit from a facelift. Our room was a decent size, with a nice bathroom, but it could easily be made more attractive simply by changing the colors and freshening it up. It was nice to have air conditioning, because at night we had to shut the windows because of the street noise (people, primarily, having a good time out there!) |

Centrally located, near the Duomo, Scala, museums and shopping district. Quiet part of the city, surrounded by galleries and antique stores. My room was located in the center of the building without a window. Unacceptable. |

Location of this hotel is great. It is situated basically right in the centre of Milan. The state of the hotel/rooms. My goodness, this place is derelict. I think the last time the hotel was renovated was before First World War. |

I picked the hotel for price and was very pleased with hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again just for that reason.l |

Hotel is close to the Duomo, which is the main attraction in the area. Hotel claims to be 3 Star, but service, room, and other amenities was at a 1 Star level. |

I've got a room without outside window, very stuffy, very noisy - you can hear noise of shower, WC and even snore from other rooms. Room is not very clean. |

Clean bathroom with good shower. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls seriously needed painting. |

Reasonable price, and fairly convenient to the Duomo district. Certainly nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews written in Tripadvisor. Wouldnt like to stay there for a week, but fine for a few days. Bad reviews elsewhere about the staff. I found them friendlym curteous and helpful, though maybe not as proficient in English as other hotels we stayed in later in the week. One suggestion, would be a small map/leaflet, highlighting the direct route to Via Torino and the Duomo. |

Excellent position, central, located on a beautiful small street. I felt it was one of the nicest streets in Milan. Good restaurant close to the hotel. Nice stuff, willing to help. The location and the stuff would make me return there. The single room was very small. The walls are very thin. The air conditioning was to noisy. It was a little bit like going back in time, which is not necessarily something bad, you can take it as a different experience. Don't expect too much from breakfast, too. |

This was a horrible hotel. As soon as you walk in the hotel there was a stale smell. Our room smelled like 3 day old kitty litter that has not been changed, which made our clothes have the same smell. There was black mold in the shower and the grout on the hotel room floor was black, not white as it obviously once was when it was put down. We didn't want to eat the free breakfast. |

Very good location in a quiet, interesting neighborhood near to the duomo and other sites. Staff was less than friendly, almost unpleasant; No internet access. |

I prefer to stay in a centrally located hotel even if it is not as luxurious as one that is outside the center so for me this hotel was very good. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks The bathroom could be spruced up a bit eg rather worn looking toilet seat and flush not working properly. |
