L'habitació bastant amplia i confortable. Tots els automatismes funcionaven. Tot i que estavem a l'altell teniem com a vistes la façana de l'esglesia de Santa Prassede. L'esmorzar correcte, tot i que es podría millorar. Quan varem fer la reserva, ningú ens va indicar que la nostra l'habitació no estaba en el mateix edifici del l'hotel, sino just al davant. La façana d'aquest edifici es vella, i no totes les plantes pertanyen al hotel, sino que son de veins de l'inmnoble, pero aquest no es el problema, el problema es que no hi ha assensor. Es compensa amb que les habitacions son noves, i el personal amable. |

Good position in Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore.10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseum and the Roman Forums.Very close to Termini train station. Good value for the money, very clean. Friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay there. a bit noisy. |

I hate to stay in this hotel!!! It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.Staff was not friendly, they are not helpful and don´t give any information! Do not have a lift and they do not help you with your bags.The room was dirty, full of mold and smelled bad. The internet didn´t work! I definitely do not recommend this hotel! |

The room was located opposite the main hotel, in a converted mill building, on the third floor. Thankfully there was no lift which would have ruined the building and the experience of the lovely sweeping stairway. Continental breakfast was included on teh 1st floor. We stayed 4 night @55€per night in november-weather was beautiful 20degrees. Overall the hotel is perfect if you want to sleep in a friendly, clean, budget hotel. Close to the train/bus station, 10mins to Colleseum and Rome is so easy to walk around in anyway. A great stay. The room was quite small, with two single beds pushed together rather than a double which we asked for, but a minor inconvenience. There was also no window to the outside at eye level as it was much higher up, almost a sky light, but the exposed beams were lovely and the room was cleaned everyday. These are minor problems, as the room was birght and the beds comfortable. |

The position of the hotel was excellent, being near the centre of Rome There was clearly a long standing problem with leaks in some of the bathrooms. The breakfast was in a cramped room and of poor quality with little choice. |

The fact that we were able to get away from it without too much trouble It was appalling - the rooms in the annexe are a disgrace, tiny, dark and with no facilities. The windows are unreachable and reaching the rooms is a major trek. |

The hotel was close to Rome termini and an easy 10 minute walk. The rooms though very small were clean. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the corridors and adjacent rooms and bathrooms. |

Location is perfect near St Maria Maggiore, 10 min walk to Termini train station, free internet only near reseption desk the smeel in the room is awful, all rooms need renovation. Internet only at reception desk ( from 4th floor without elevator is not very comfortable to up and down for checking e-mail) |

Very good location, quiet room. Got a room immediately on arrival, though I was a bit early. Room had no outside window, only on a corridor. Saftey box is a "take away", too small and not fixed at the wall. |

Proximity to major sites, eateries/cafes closeby, internet connectivity, clean, air-con. Proper double bed not two singles. Sheets not continental duvet. Staff friendly. Stairs - no lift, compact and cosy. Bathroom door did not have room between end of the bed to open properly. Entry was via half open door |

The location, near to Termini Station, is the only good thing. It is not really a hotel. It should be classified as a hostel or a pension. There were loudy teenagers yelling and talking loud in the corridors all night long and the people in the reception seemed not to care. There is no lift. The bathroom, in the room was too tiny and things were broken. In a word "Horrible". Fortunatley was just one night. |
