The fact that we were able to get away from it without too much trouble It was appalling - the rooms in the annexe are a disgrace, tiny, dark and with no facilities. The windows are unreachable and reaching the rooms is a major trek. |

The hotel was close to Rome termini and an easy 10 minute walk. The rooms though very small were clean. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the corridors and adjacent rooms and bathrooms. |

Location is perfect near St Maria Maggiore, 10 min walk to Termini train station, free internet only near reseption desk the smeel in the room is awful, all rooms need renovation. Internet only at reception desk ( from 4th floor without elevator is not very comfortable to up and down for checking e-mail) |

Very good location, quiet room. Got a room immediately on arrival, though I was a bit early. Room had no outside window, only on a corridor. Saftey box is a "take away", too small and not fixed at the wall. |

Proximity to major sites, eateries/cafes closeby, internet connectivity, clean, air-con. Proper double bed not two singles. Sheets not continental duvet. Staff friendly. Stairs - no lift, compact and cosy. Bathroom door did not have room between end of the bed to open properly. Entry was via half open door |

The location, near to Termini Station, is the only good thing. It is not really a hotel. It should be classified as a hostel or a pension. There were loudy teenagers yelling and talking loud in the corridors all night long and the people in the reception seemed not to care. There is no lift. The bathroom, in the room was too tiny and things were broken. In a word "Horrible". Fortunatley was just one night. |

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone. We found the location to be excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, he's obviously very good at his job!. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable, the aircon kept the room lovely and cool. Wifi in reception was useful too! I can't think of anything to dislike, it was really very good!! |

The location is very good, nearby the the most important places to visit. And very easy to take train, subway or bus. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood. The Breakfest could be better (not so many options, and the juice for example, was awful) and the breakfest room is very small. The first night we slept in the worse bedroom ever. But we complain about it, and they switch us for a very good one. |

The location was good and our room was clean. Shower was broken, pipes were broken and water was flooding into our floor every night, coffee maschine in the breakfast area beside our room was very nozy. When we complained about the broken things to the person in reception he wasn´t helpful at all. And finally, we told that we want twin beds but we got one double bed. |

It was a very nice hotel with clean and comfortable room for a very good price. We stayed there in august. Simle breakfast, towels and shampoo in the bathroom, fan, air-conditioning, TV. Our room seemed to be renovated recently. The location is very convenient - near the Termini station, close to the Colosseum and Capitolium. It should be noted that our room was located on the 3d floor and there was no elevator. But I think no problem for young and sporty people) |

Close to Roma Termini (10mins walk) The hotel is at another building of the hotel main entrance, no lift to reach the hotel level at 3rd floor. Breakfast is poor. Staff not able to provide tourist guidance, E.g opening time of Coloseum, best place to get souvenieur etc. |
