Swiming pool Room was not clean. Many equipments in the room is covered with dust. Old greasy soap was stucked to the rack in the bath. Hair and piece of something was found in the bathtub. |

pool and the pool bar were nice rooms are not of 4 star quality (badly worn down), there was in reality only one restaurant and even that has a fixed menu (2 options), airconditioning didn't work, you can hear everything through the walls |

Die Lage ist unumstritten wirklich gut, ruhig, aber wenn man möchte ist man schnell mitten im Geschehen. In den umliegenden Orten ist immer was los, ein Auto sollte man deshalb haben. Auch die unterschiedlichen Liegebereiche mit den Liegestühlen ist sehr angenehm, dadurch verläuft sich alles ein bisschen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist für genügend Schatten gesorgt, überhaupt sind dort recht viele Kinder anzutreffen. Wenn man sich dem entziehen möchte , Kein Problem, alles ist Möglich!!! Das Frühstück!!!! Für uns Deutsche würde ich sagen.: Nicht gut bis.... Was allerdings auch den Service beim Frühstück mit einbezieht. Er wirkte immer gestresst, war unhöflich, ...Bitte sehen Sie zu, dass sich da was ändert, Es ist schade für diesen negativ Punkt. Ok, die Preise an der Poolbar sind im Vergleich zu ortsansässigen Gastronomien auch etwas überhöht, aber man hat ja Urlaub!!!!! |

Il design, il confort, rapporto prezzo qualita', l'ottima posizione e la tranquillita'. Raccomandabile senza dubbio Il servizio durante la prima colazione. Il personale un po carente. Tempi di attesa lunghi per avere un tavolo pulito e per il ripristino del cibo. |

Das Hotel war sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet, das Frühstück war ok (für eine Woche). Die Sonnenterrasse und der Pool sind top, der Meerzugang in ein klares sauberes Meer auch schön. Das Personal ist nicht allzu motiviert. Das Hotel steht ziemlich alleine da, dh möchte man weggehen oder eine Vielfalt von zB Restaurants in der Nähe haben, ist das Hotel nicht das Richtige. Für uns war aber das schlimmste die Betten. Die sind extrem hart und man ist in der Früh richtig verspannt. |

Creo que le añadiria un poco de vida o actividad.Alguna exposición ,concierto,.... No me parece bien que en la web, no aparezca el suplemento por vistas al mar, si pides habitación con vistas al mar debian haber cobrado lo que marca en la web y sino que lo corrijan |

Situation: calme,terrasse,piscine,mer et proximité de l'Etna. L'aménagement de la terrasse avec accès direct à la mer et solarium rend le séjour très agréable et confortable. La prestation globale de la cuisine (buffet petit-déjeuner et dîner à la carte)n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de l'hôtel.Parking un peu compliqué |

Lobby, Terasse und Restaurants waren neu, grosszügig, modern und mit wundervoller Athmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren modern und grosszügig im Platzangebot. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Der Meerwasser-Swimmingpool wurde täglich gut gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Halbpension war recht teuer (von 30 bis 42 Euro), die Küche aber dafür sehr flexibel. Die Balkone waren klein und schlecht ausgestattet. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Strand. Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, kann es zu Engpässen im Restaurant etc. kommen. |
