The hotel was beautiful and very centrally located in Venice. Easy to get to from the Fondamente Nuovo boat stop, and a short walk to the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The air conditioning could have used a bit more juice. |

Although it was located in a very busy and popular area it was quiet. The rooms are small but clean andcomfortable. |

The hotel was central, breakfast on the terrace...even better that we were bumped up from a room in the annex to the superior room with no extra cost!! Shame there was no hot food at breakfast time, i.e. eggs / bacon etc |

The rooms were small but quant and in a great location near the Rialto brigde and Marco Polo square. The buffet breakfast included was fantastic! The best I have ever had for a continential breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. |

One of the master is very kind and friendly. He is a nice gentleman. The Porter is also nice man! This is my first time to Venice. Frankly speaking, I do not like Venice so much because Venice is inconvenient. We have to take a boat to go there. |

We really enjoyed the localization and the hotel breakfast is excellent. It is located in a quiet area, not too far from St. Marcos square. The only problem was on Monday morning, when someone started working downstairs (our room was about 30 ms from the main rooms in the hotel). They started making noise at around 7:30 in the morning and the smell (glue like) was strong and it was also very dusty. It seems they work with marble. |

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Nothing can be said that will do them justice in praise. No a/c which is not a problem in terms of the weather but open windows bring in mosquitoes which feast on you all night! |

Décoration de très belle qualité. Excellent petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambte. Literie moyenne. Commutateurs électriques et climatisation cassés et non réparés. Fonctionnement de la climatisation défectueuse (trop chaud). Salle de bains état moyen. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse noch verbesserungs-würdig. Das Angebot war zwar ganz ok, könnte aber durchaus noch erweitert werden. Leider lies der Service beim Frühstück zu wünschen übrig. |

Excelente relación calidad-precio, hablando de Venecia. Situación magnífica para visitar la ciudad y luego encontrarlo en el laberinto de calles. El personal de recepción habla muy bien español y es muy atento y diligente. Desayuno bastante bueno y en una terraza en la calle. Habitaciones (la mía) pequena pero muy cómoda. |
