Perfectly renovated small hotel. Very cosy and calm. The breakfast is usual for Italy. But with very good coffe and croisans. Goog situated near center in residential zone. Free parking. Good value for money.

Staff was friendly and helpful by Italian standards. Breakfast was nice. Location was okay. Close enough to walk to the lake and restaurants. Free parking. Free wi-fi is only in the lobby and we had issues connecting. Nice enough hotel, but nothing special.

Siamo stati davvero benissimo per molti motivi. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio interno a differenza di quelli che si trovano sul lago maggiore e non è a pagamento. La pulizia è ottima, la colazione ricca, gustosa e abbondante, c'è di tutto. Il personale è veramente gentilissimo e disponibile. L'hotel è poco lontano dall'imbarco di verbania e anche dalle altre località da cui partono battelli e traghetti per la Svizzera. Con una mezz'ora si è già in Svizzera! La camera era davvero pulita e dotata di aria condizionata funzionante (dettaglio non da poco), bagno pulitissimo! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente verso novembre, anche perchè dopo aver goduto del posto nel periodo estivo, lo useremo anche nel periodo invernale. Voto 10+, ci siamo stati il 22 e 23 agosto. L'unica pecca, se così possiamo dire è la mancanza di ascensore, ma non credo che gli latri hotel, ne siano dotati.

Personale simpatico e cordiale. Posto tranquillo e silenzioso.Piu' vicino a Villa Taranto che a Pallanza.Ottimo per il parcheggio privato, le biciclette gratuite e wi-fi. Buona anche la cena la brioches della colazione

Zimmer mit Balkon, in ruhiger Lage. Hoteleigene Parkplätze und gutes Frühstück. Nähe zum Park der Villa Taranto und Hafen, für uns als Gartenreisende sehr wichtig. Und zudem ein Gratisfahrrad - Verleih des santanna. Freundliches Personal.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und sprachen neben der Landessprache auch Englisch und Deutsch Die Instandhaltung des Hotels wurde in den letzten Jahren vernachlässigt. Das Frühstück war noch katastrophaler, als in den Online-Portalen bereits bemängelt. Es gab nur 1 Sorte Wurst, eine Sorte Hartkäse und Streichkäse, ansonsten eine kleine Auswahl "süss". Tische wurden weder abgeräumt noch wurde das schmale Angebot an Käse und Wurst wieder aufgefüllt, was zur Folge hatte, daß man ab 7.45 h nur noch "süss" oder harte Eiere essen konnte. Der Kaffee war ungeniessbar und der Saft eine Zuckerflüssigkeit. Teller und Tassen waren zum Teil nicht sauber. Wir waren zwar vorgewarnt ... aber daß es noch schlimmer kommen kann ...

Douches défectueuse, pas d'employée pour renseigner lors du déjeuner.... Un b&b à un meilleur service. WiFi promis seulement dans le halle d'entrée dans le courant d'air. Pour un 4**** vraiment insuffisant. Par contre le pris c'est du 4****!!! En plein sur un rond point avec éclairage des enseignes et de la rue... On peut presque lire le journal en pleine nuit sans mettre de lumière!

L'albergo non è all'altezza di un quattro stelle, il personale non è cordiale,alla richiesta di una coperta in più siamo risìusciti ad ottenerla dopo varie richieste, usando un apparecchio elettrico per respirazione l'unica sipna disponibile in stanza non funzionava. La colazione era misera e scadente con cappuccio al distributore automatico (altro che 4 stelle)

Die Lage ist sehr gut, um in Verbania alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war nach vorne gelegen, es war sehr ruhig (kann aber natürlich auch an der Jahreszeit liegen, im Dezember ist eher wenig los). Das mehrfach angesprochene Problem des ungenießbaren Kaffees zum Frühstück wurde durch eine Selbstbedienungs-Siebträgermaschine von illy gelöst. Unser Zimmer (einfachste Kategorie) war ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber, das Bett bequem.

Il ristorante piccolo ma elegante e il rapporto qualità/prezzo buono, la parte esterna nel periodo primavera/estate può essere goduto in pieno relax. Il bagno scomodo fare la doccia nella vasca,porta sapone rotto,lavabo piccolo.

“The room was amazing and very nice design. It is part of a chain of eco hotels so it ha been designed with the environment in mind. Very impressive. It was so clean, it seemed like no one had ever stayed there. Breakfast was nice and ample. Good price considering I stayed at a hotel in Milan for the same price that wasn't half as good. Very happy. If you are arriving late in Malpensa your best option is to take a taxi to the hotel rather than going to Milan. Its closer and Milan is a place to avoid.” Shane, Aouria |
