The couch in our room wasn't very comfortable. We wanted an apartment so that we could have somewhere other than the bed to relax, but the couch was so low to the ground with cushions that reminded me of a beanbag concept and we kept falling into each other so we ended up never using it and stayed on the bed for our downtime.
We also would have liked if there had been some furniture out on the balcony as it would have been nice to relax out there, but there was nowhere to sit so we could relax out there. The sun was shining and we wanted to sit out on the balcony with a beer, but it wasn't possible.
We also wish that the towels would have been changed daily as with the humidity we still found that out towels would be damp the next day.
One suggestion, it's an apartment which meant that we could cook if desired, however, there was no salt or pepper, nor oil, which meant we'd have to go purchase that as well. Not a big deal, but it is a pain to have to lug those kinds of things all the way back to the apartment in addition to other food if you want to cook. It's just a suggestion, but having some basic condiments provided would go a long way in improving the comfort if someone wants to cook.
None of these things were a huge deal and if I went back to Brindisi, I'd book this place again!
Staff was FANTASTIC! They were welcoming and very accommodating.
Rooms were a decent size as was the bathroom and it's very nicely decorated. The hotel is nicely designed and immaculate. It's modern and you can see that they want to do their best to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
Location is very good too and it is a short distance to walk to the old town.
