It was an hotel we had previously used - was moderately priced then. Its great virtue is its closeness to the Piazza. Reception very casual; no bill provided - simply a hasty insertion into the credit card machine and a request to insert my code - only yoiur confirmation of booking offered as a bill - which matched; Breakfast room is much too small and caused delays in service and some people had to eat in their rooms. The pillows were the most uncomfortable (very hard) that we have ever been offered.You say not to use this review for complaints, but ask what we did not like - hence the above. I have not read your guest reviews on the website. Please do not publish this review. |

The front of house staff were ready to please as were the the breakfast staff. Breakfast could be served in the room at no extra charge, if desire. The hotel was reasonably easy to locate following the directions from the hotel website. It was ideally placed and is definitely only a few minutes walk from San Marco piazza. Ice not available but was obtainable from the bar which was adjacent to the hotel. Maybe Italians don't like ice with their drinks! |

The hotel was very central though there was no noise as it's just off the main drag. It's nice and small and we were offered breakfast in bed which was a welcome change. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel itself was great and staff polite and helpful. |

Helpful, attentive staff, comfortable small rooms with quite elegant furniture. Love the glass lamps in each room. The hotel has a no nonsense, very small hotel lobby. The location is excellent and price a good value for the location. It's the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The included breakfast is in a small hallway and is fairly basic. |

Chambre très propre, petit déjeuner au lit sans supplément, réceptionnistes parlants français, possibilité de laisser ses bagages la journée du départ avant de partir à l'aéroport, politesse du personnels, restaurant sur le même pas de porte que l'hôtel et personnel du restaurant très agréable également! Douche facétieuse dans la chambre (alternance de chaud et froid sans toucher le réglage... Idéal pour être réveillé cependant), attention à l'heure d'arrivée à l'hôtel : le restaurant ne sert plus après 21h30 mais possibilité de trouver d'autres établissements à moins d'une centaine de mètres... |

La localizzazione é eccezionale con una vista dalla stanza notevole sul centro storico Non ho gradito i consigli che ci hanno dato. Ci hanno consigliato una gita a Murano che altro non era che una trappola per effettuare acquisti e una gita in gondola a prezzi elevati rispetto al mercato |
