The location was perfect for us and very convenient to get around Venice Breakfast was great. Hosts were very nice and helpful.
Maria the host was very friendly and extremely helpful. The cruise on our first day was also a great way to see the city.
The rooms were very poorly ventilated and had no air conditioning. They became very warm which made sleeping difficult. There was next to storage space.
Friendly Staff Nice Boat
No Wifi Poor Toilet Too much Waves Insects
very nice staff. Make dinner for us when we arrive at 9 p.m.
you might be seasick
The staff were excellent and it's a lovely ship
It's a bit awkward to get to from the city centre
Nellie was a fantastic host and the boat was lovely, did struggle with motion sickness as we were on board for 4 days
Can be frustrating traveling back and forward to main island every day to explore, approx 25 mins by water bus, doesn't sound bad but when we want to go over a couple of times a day it can get frustrating
It's very fabulous experience in yart, a small cruise. Value for money
I've pay you before, why you take my money again? Please return my money, thank you very much!
Nice experience to stay in a Yacht.
not suitable for Seasickness person
The position for us was great, the breakfast was plentiful, and Nellie the host truly lovely. We had a very pleasant experience. You will feel welcomed !!!!!!
The space in our cabin was limited, for putting your clothes away, and there is only 1 plug in the room, if there are 2 cell phones to charge at night ! Although Nellie lets you use the ones in the lounge area.
We both had a wonderful time in Venice and especially staying on the yatch which was awesome. Nella was so welcoming and instantly made you feel at home. I would recommend staying on the sarah sun island yatch to anyone. Thank you Nella for making our stay in Venice truly magical.
Nothing to dislike
It was a great experience that enhanced the trip to Venice.
The straff was really helpful and nice. The breakfast was good, we had a lot to choice from. The room was small but nice. It was fun to stay on a boat and it had a good location.
Felt like being a celeb living on this luxury launch. 50m from a Valporetto stop. Made to feel really welcome by a very professional host. Living on the water in a city with such a great sea-going tradition felt just right.
Will absolutely go back and stay here again. So well looked after. The only thing I would stay is take time to enjoy the yacht, get yourself a bottle of Valpolicella and kick back. Nelli was the perfect hostess. Oh, Venice weren't too shabby either.
Leaving so soon!
for guests, who like staying on a nice boat:perfect. breakfast also ok. close to vaporetto line 2 and 4.1/2
breakfast, nellie friendly.
very very small and uncomfortable room!! not for people with motion sickness.
I like this hotel because it was unsual to sleep on a boat. I stayed for three nights. It was on a island with almost no people around. It was very quite and the boat/waterbus came every 10 minutes. It was very close to Tronchetto, around 10-15 minutes only. And Tronchetto was only 40 minutes from the airport with airbus. Breakfast buffet was awesome! And the staff was very helpful.
I came to Venedig with a friend and we both slept in the same room. On my first night, I got 17 mosquito bites. My friend got none, and she slept next to the window. We have it open 24h because it was really hot inside. First night we got wifi. On the second and last day, something wrong with the wifi. That was very annoying because I cant check work mail. I asked the staff and showed them that the password they gave me dosent work. They dosent understand why we cant connect to the wifi.
We loved the staff so friendly and really helpful, we would def stay there again. The location was beautiful and 2 seconds from the boat stop, any information on how to get around and costs was explained overall an amazing place to stay
Very personal service, B & B on two motor yachts moored on the canal adjacent to the Hilton. Good Breakfast; possible to have diner and drinks in the evening. Enjoyed sleeping and relaxing on a boat. Very good price for a unique experience.
Took 2 days to figure out vaporetto routes during a 3 night stay.
The staf, brekfast, en the possibility to sit and relax after hours walking and sihtseeing. clean sheets en towels. One vaporetto busstop from the citty and two to four from san Marco ,Accademie and pl Roma
Sometimes wobly because of the wether (ship) and a bit narrow snitair and beds, but actually I would book again on this place
- unual experience living on a yacht; - very stylish decoration and ambience - nice breakfast, friendly international staff and tidy room
- just a little bit of tossing and rolling - small room and bathroom
Sarah is a very good person. So Friendly.
Localization is not very good. It's necessary to get the Vaporeto to go all places.
Its something special to stay at a yacht when in Venice! As I was told, the hostess Nelly is an excellent lady! She does her utmost the satisfy the guests. The breakfast on top deck is basic but the views are fantastic and make it an experience.
