Bona comunicació amb els mitjans de transport: tren, bus, metro... just al costat de Termini. Disseny acurat. L'atenció per part del personal de l'Hotel va ser excel.lent: la primera nit ens vàrem queixar perque la finestra no tancava be i l'endemà ja estava arreglada. Cap problema! Potser diria que el preu de l'esmorzar és massa car. |

Overall hotel design and modern style was nice. Arrangement of the rooms was interesting. Personnel was polite. (Modest) room rennovation needed. Location near the train station but a little far from historic center for everyday walking. |

The location is very good. One can use either metro or buses for every point in the town.The swimming pool is lovely. There were no fresh fruit in the breakfast, the filter coffee was very bad, you could not drink that.The prices in the bar by the swimming pool are too high.T he kind of carpet in the room is a little bit funny. |

disgusting more like a 2 star hotel than five star. We had a junior suite, nothing worked, it was uncleaned and staff just lifted their shoulders and smiled when you told them of the problems :sorry! smile and lift of the shoulders and hands spread out !...Not good enough. Training and complete overall needed if they want to be a five star hotel. Everything ! |

Not a lot to be honest. The hotel was dark and hidden away from the hustle and busle of the city. Way too expensive. €8 for a beer is just too much. The lighting in the roofs were poor and the shower stood in the middle of the room behind the bed. I like my privacy in the bathroom so this wasn't for me at all! |

excellent location for excess to airport and sightseeing,lobby,garderobe service,quiet room,luxurios breakfast,espresso at breakfast,fresh fruit at gym, changed bedding every 2 days, fresh and good quality towels daily, fine toiletteries daily. filthy pool side,full of cigarettes and paper on rotting wooden floor in the morning, oily surface of ice-cold outdoor pool, so could not swim in it.No wardrobes, our clothes got creasy as we could not hang them anywhere. Shower curtain does not close properly(40cm),as shower is in the middle of the bedroom, the floor got all wet, shower base rotting and mouldy as this kind of material is designed for making furniture,rather than soaking in water. No ventillation in toilet area,but a 2 cm slot under the glass door, connected to the sleeping area.Useless design. Worn and old surfaces. Disgusting black rubber floor covered with revoulting dirty uncleanable rug . Thank God we got complimentary slippers to keep our barefeet away from them. |

The hotel staff recommended excellent restaurants and were kind enough to make reservations and call cabs. The pool was the absolute best part of the hotel. The pool area was great, good music, nice (but expensive) drinks, good towel and chair service. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean and pillows fluffy. The concept of the room was interesting but the execution was poor. Maintenance throughout the building was poor. Things looked beaten up, falling apart, not working and somewhat dirty, including the reception desk which is covered in a white canvas but had holes and grim everywhere. The design of the rooms and in various spots around the hotel was completely impractical. In the room, everything is lumped into the center - shower, open rack for clothes, sink, bed. If you hung up clothes on the open rack, the clothes would cover up the full length mirror so you couldn't see yourself. The window shades made a horrible noise as they rolled up and down, and installation looked like it was rigged up by non-professionals. There is a control panel just behind the bed that looks like a parking meter, and it was loose. The lighting was awful in general, there was no light near the sink mirror. There was also no space around the sink to place your toiletries. The shower did not drain well. The toilet smelled, and there was no sound insulation due to the glass doors. The doors were rickety. The light switch for the toilet was a silver plate on the wall that someone scrawled "press here" on with nail polish or the like. The flooring was odd, squishy black linoleum. The tv was tiny and too far away from the bed to be able to see it. The sound quality of the tv was horrific. Room service food was overpriced and the quality rather low. The bar/restaurant was closed each evening we were there because of private functions going on around the pool. There seemed to be very few staff members working or answering phones at any given time. I heard someone complaining at around 10pm that their tv didn't work, and the staffer responded that there was nothing they could do till 9am when the technician arrived. It took forever to check out, and only one of the 2 staffers there was qualified/able to do it. |

Swimming pool, free wireless internet, design style, availability of sports center after checking out Bad smell in the room (likely from sewerage), non-availability of late check-out, insufficient attention of some staff (as this hotel is positioning itself as a 5 star hotel, my poor experience tells me that respective management staff should be more careful about their clients, in cases when one of them has his birthday (greeting card would have been guite enough) |

My family styed at the radisson Hotel Roma and we thought that the location was the biggest advantage, close to the train station. The design of the hotel was a bit to diffferent, it would be wonderfull for single room occupant or a couple, but for familys it was not. The staff while they did manage to fill most requests the did so in a rude and begrudging manner. The staff also failed to properly book our second reservation and we ended up getting an even stranger room on our stay after we returned from our cruise. |

Nothing i can rthink of. The location of the hotel is in not safe, the room is close to train station with extreme noise,the hotel staff at the reception was not helpfull particularly a gentelman with the name Alessandro.the level of cleanless is below the standard of five stars. |

The beds etc were clean and comfortable. The reason we booked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool and on check in we were told that the pool would be open the next day (our only full day at the hotel) however it wasn't. We totally wasted our time and money upgrading. Also, there were electrical wires coming out of the wall in the toilet closet. |

The pool area was nice. Located right next to train station. Rate per night reasonable, although food and drink is expensive in comparison. The ceiling to floor blinds did not work (electric), we complained on arrival but never heard anything more. They closed the hotel restaurant on friday night to host a pool party for general public, they set up a makeshift area in the conference room for guests wanting to eat in and only the cafe menu was available - 18 euro for a club sandwich! |

Superior facility which is located just across the street from Rome Termini. It's an excellent location for anyone in Rome who is planning train trips. The fitness center was extraordinary with a pool, weights, sauna, and spa, but the exercise area was so remotely located that it isn't a secure for anyone exercising alone. The surrounding neighborhood is a little dicey, but anyone familiar with the Termini area knows that a head of time. |

The roof area with pool and bar was great. The room. It is made for a businessman, not really good for a couple. Having the shower in the centre of the room behind the bed is bizarre - after one person has had a shower the room is stuffy, strange set up. Parts of the room was dirty and dusty. |

Its not a 5* hotel, Staff not fredly, rooms with allot of thinks not working and location is on the side of the railstation, noise the area sorouding the hotel its not good. The swiming poll with big birds inside its discusting. |

It is very close to the statiuon. The rooms were as hot as hell. no AC in spring months. the noise of the station was loud coz I had to keep the windows open at night. The room needed painting also the light system was impossiable to understand. Swimming pool was filthy! Also the hotel staff gave us incorrect directions 3 times in 2 days. |

Hotel was good, modern and clean. Location was excellent. Website said that the Junior Suites had a 44" LCD TV. It actually had a 20" TV which from its location was very hard to see. Would recommend hotel but Junior Suite is not worth the extra and breakfast at a cafe down the road is better value. |
