Location is great and the hotel is very modern and stylish in terms of design Service was very poor with staff seemingly new and untrained. Receptionists were helpful but the bar staff were slow and lazy. There were strange rules aswel - no hairdryers or irons in the room because of "health & safety" (though we stayed in 2 hotels in Rome after where this was no issue?!). And they wouldn't serve us a panini by the pool, only at the bar which was 5metres away. Overpriced hotel which is unlike Radissons from my experience

Nice modern hotel, close to Roma Termini, which allows for quick access to all subway lines. Free Wi-Fi. Located too far from the center, the neighborhood is a bit scary, especially at night.

It was wery durty, really everything is broken and old. Carpet in corridor dusty. Everything scratched. Fitness is small, sauna doesnt work. Administrator at fitness Is massagist at the same time. A question, who rated this hotel as 5 star? This is not more than 3.

Within walking distance of all local attractions. Breakfast poor, hot drinks lukewarm, and very slow to refill food/ drinks. Very strange bedroom layout, shower and basin in bedroom, shower pathetic. No where to put clothes away, air con very noisy, definitely not the claimed 5 star! Not the best area of the city centre, felt uneasy with lots of people hanging around, but very handy for attractions.

The rooms were nice and clean, with a brilliant modern look in the superior rooms and the hotel is right in the center of the city, close to everything.. The reception is unexpectedly cheap for radisson, and the staff were rude and unwelcoming, not at all like other 5star hotels i've been to, radisson included. Also, this was the second time there was "a problem" with our booking where we were asked to pay more then the price on booking.com. But this was resolved by the manager. Location and room interior design are the only thing going for this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Nothing was to much trouble! The breakfast was a little wanting . Many of the items in the hot food section had run out and on our last morning it was just plain cold. However ,my son said this was very unusual for a Raddison hotel as his recent experience at the Radisson in Copenhagen was superb. We will stay again!

The Pool tarrace was chilled and fresh, perfect after a long hot day with sightseeing! very helpful staff. Nice snacks on the tarrace at 5pm-7pm for free! free late check out at 15pm. If you are looking for a big pool in Rome this hotel gives you good value for a less expensive price. The hotel is a bit worn down small details in the room looks fancy at first sight but when you look closer it looks old or is not working.. the pool closes a 7pm a bit too early. The location is not central (rent a scooter) and the neighbourhood is not so nice at night times.

The Junio Suite was really nice and spacious with moden decor Lack of sun lounges by the pool, everytime we went up to the roof top pool we had to wait for people to leave to get a sun lounge. Lack of english speaking workers at reception who were hard to understand. We also had a problem with them charging our credit card twice and had to chase them up repeatidly for a response.

If you stay here book a room with a balcony or junior suite. The pool is very good and the bar excellent. Not a well positioned hotel for Tourists, would recommend for business use. 15 mins walk to the Colosseum should be re written as 15 mins run. Its a good half hour walk. The restaurant is average so would recommend eating elsewhere.

The roof top pool and bar where amazing but the cost of the beverages and food in the hotel were overpriced. Most guests would buy their drinks in the Spar shop across the road. The front desk staff and porter where really not suited for a 4/5 star hotel. They didn't realise that I spoke Italian so on many occasions I overheard them commenting and complaining about the guests. Also the rooms where not comfortable due to the strange furniture chosen.

To be fare the only good thing is the roof swimming pool and the bar. I arrived at the evening to the hotel and the receptionist was very rude and the bell cabtin was not helpful They are not professional in there behavior . The rooms were not well maintained and the shower is inside the room with glass border only. In general it's the worst experience in my trip. The hotel had a good location near the central station, and a nice rooftop pool. The hotel seams to have had low standards on the contrstuction builders. We fist got checked into a room where there were electricity cables hanging in the bathroom, the shower curtain had come off and was hangning, the room had been poorly cleaned and it was mold in the shower. We did a complaint and got a new room, which was better but still had contstruction errors, things was falling apart when you touched it. For the cost of the rooms it was poor standard.

I reached the hotel around 11:15 pm on arrival. The staff was very very irritating they took 30 minutes to check me in, I had booked one room on line for 190 Euros the policy of the hotel as shown online was children below 12 stay free. On arrival they refused to accept 4 guests in one room so was forced to take one more, I had told the children are small hence will not sleep in other room and asked for a suite for which they offered 680 Euros, Next day I booked a suite on booking.com @ 260 Euros which was comfortable. I am a world traveller Rome was the last destination on our Europe trip. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay all over but the end was not good ,despite my innumerable requests to give me 1 room deluxe or suite the staff on duty did not oblige.

The cleaners do an amazing job every day with fresh towels and even a fresh dressing gown. We were pleased to be on the 6th floor and have a balcony. It was very expensive for what it is, pretty basic. There was no storage space at all so we had to live out of our suitcases for 4 days.
