- the area is a bit rough, but the location is very convenient, close to termini and metro. - rooms were nice, though perhaps a bit dated. - friendly an helpful staff - excellent wifi
generous breakfast buffet, but not really good food
It is a short walking distance from the central railway station.
Location seems to be unsafe during the night
it was a weekend and the music was to laud i couldn't sleep . when i call the reception no body answer , i went down with my pajama to change the room cause of noise. the staff in tne reception at that time was not friendly.
Rooms and Hotel style is so modern, breakfast and hotel staff are good, room is cleaning everyday, so close to Termini base station
Hotel is a little bit away from the city center
Room facilities Breakfast was great Very close to central train station Nespresso machine with free capsules
cooprative staff, near the station and markets
Central location, clean modern hotel.
Near to city centre Friendly and helpful staff
-Location of hotel, next to main train station, lots of homeless people and scary persons around. -Our room need renovation -Breakfast was not good in terms of choice for the money paid -Spa was just average Nothing to do with hotel but we want to share: be careful in the city, my wallet was stolen in metro and this kind of people are everywhere!
The staff is extremely helpfull and very nice. The location is near Termini station which is not the best part of town but it brings you to the airport in 20 minutes.
The beds were really hard. Breakfast was way to expensive.
The room was nice. The restaurant and breakfast are high standard as it is expected in 5 star hotel.
The pool was great!
the beds were very uncomfortable and kept moving apart.
- the breakfast was reach - professional Staff - fast check in and check out
-location of the hotel -the room lay out -room furniture
Free wifi Ideal location for family trip just cross the road and you are in main train station Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of food options Staff very helpful If you are looking for a roman nit holiday with late night city tours then probably this neighborhood is not Kool for you But if it's a family thing with early nights in then it's perfect
Rough neighborhood at night
Room was nice size and excellent AC.
The heath club really needs some work
Fab hotel and lovely swimming pool. Staff very friendly and a good location.
The area near the Termmi Station is not the best.
location is good for travellers
breakfast is not included
We were traveling out of Termini so the location and proximity was great. Was upgraded to a Jr suite that was a really nice room. Clean modern.
Arrived before check in time and they couldn't get a cleaned room ready. Waited for an hour and half on a room but was upgraded. Restaraunt is pricey. Great hotel but it is showing its age a bit.
Design, pool on the roof, good location.
It's 4-star hotel max... some of the equipment in room was damaged or badly repaired. Restaurant ZEN on the roof was disappointment - especially the service. The food doesn't worth the price...
The rooms, rooftop pool and bar are nicely designed. Nicolson on the door was a breath of fresh air - especially given the other staff.
I like Radisson hotels and I'm a Club Carlson member but the service and general demeanour of the staff at the Radisson in Rome means that others in the chain put it to shame. Our electronic card keys didn't work. Not once. Despite repeatedly going to reception to have them reconfigured. We booked a table for the summer grill menu at 2200. We were running late so we called to push it back half an hour. No problem came the response. When we arrived at the restaurant though, they then said it was to late to eat from the grill menu. So we ordered from the bar menu - Caprese salad and pasta carbonara. All that can be said us that the Radisson in Tbilisi does the former infinitely better despite the requisite ingredient being significantly harder to source. The carbonara was overly salted. It was all served with general disinterest by the waiting staff who crashed the dishes on to the table and didn't manage to bring the drinks until after we'd consumed the salad. The next morning, the day of check out (officially at 1200), we were woken at 0850 by a cleaner knocking at the door. Half an hour later another knock came, only this time a different cleaner actually opened the door simultaneously using a card key (apparently the staff are allowed to have ones that work). Certainly not up to Radisson standards and not what should be expected of a 5 star in Rome.
I love the breakfast. The variety of available food was great.
The bed linen are so old and torn. The bath was not draining water so my feet were always in water when having a shower and also very uncomfortable to get in and out. I actually tripped while trying to get out of the bath as careful as I was. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel as claimed on booking.com.......!
Huge updated room- suite with great views & all glass walls, friendly staff, big new hotel. breakfast was great included champagne. convenient restaurant. just what i needed after a long travel day.
neighbordhood was convenient near the main train station, but not a great neighborhood overall. the tub in the room was broken and taped up which looked tacky in the room, but all other aspects were great & was clean/looked good.
Great location - it was easy to walk the city from where we were. The hotel has a great rooftop pool to have drinks and sunbath at and we were upgraded to a junior suite , beds were super comfy and LOVED the choice of hotel bathroom products 'this works' .
wifi was good location was good
The room is small and bathroom is just open plan onto the room and is just annoying - there is not power in the shower and I'm having a shower under droplets of water. Very little toiletries and hours after the shower the rim of the bath tub is still wet. Very annoying. I ordered breakfast the first morning and it was all incorrect - a plate of bacon a plate of ham coffee, croissants and orange juice - €30. Crazy Pool area is ok but a bit crowded and sun chairs look dirty i.e. the material on them.
Nice pool bar
Staff very bad english speaking!!!
Pool, bar, common area facilities were very nice.
Location - I felt to unsafe to walk near/out of the hotel by night. It is near a very derelict area of town, right near the Rome termini. To bad a location for what you pay. Some staff were very good, but a couple were very rude to me particularly as a solo, professional female. Again, expect better for what I paid.
