In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.
Score from 4189 reviews Very good
very old furniture, dirty shower, smell, no place to put wardrobe in... never again
The room was very nice, clean and spacious!
Food was awful!! The general attitude of the staff wasn't entirely what I would expect and the noise from the train station was unbearable!!
Location is central with easy access to train n bus network .Staff was cooperative . They even allowed early checkin for me . Breakfast was great spread .
Handy location for main station
Noisy, room constantly very hot and no AC
Breakfast, Close to Metro station, Fantastic city
This hotel is the worste 5 star i have visited and i cant belive that it has 5 star. After i complained below to booking.com hotel did not agree with me. Jacuzzi in the SPA was defect Handle on window broken, was to sleep at Central station as you can hear speakers for information of the trains Equipment in the room was quite old and need to be replaced Bad comfort was not good and loose parts even here Reception could not offer some different pillow Area where hotel is is quite terrable, nothing for girls when coming home by night. Only 100m from the hotel people are sleeping outside in cardboxes Bad isolation between rooms, you can hear your neighbour opening laggage and talking Worste place i visited in last 10 yrs Definetly the worste Radisson i ever have been When you asked stuff for help they sound like if you like it it is nice, if not then its your problem
The huge windows with a view to Rome! Simply amazing! Excellent breakfast Very polite staff at the bar and breakfast area! Happy to serve you!
Excellent rooms but the choice from the architect to use wooden floor with gaps accumulated dirt that leaves a smell in the room which is a little bit unfortunate for a hotel of this class. Never the less the cleaningness of the room was to high standards. Not very polite receptionists. When you serve a five a star hotel you should behave as a five star staff and not just being snob because it happens you got a job there.
Style, furnishing and cleanliness are up to the 5 stars rating
Breakfast is overvalued. It should be offered at a lower rate expecially for long stays
Being charged 14 euros a night city tax and having to explain I hadnt taken breakfast at the hotel........
The staff was superb. Modern furniture (I hate "historic" furniture). Good restaurants.
Bad lighting. Comfortable beds but not as comfortable as other luxury hotels I usually go to in other cities.
No hairdryers in rooms. Bad and slow reception service.
Nice modern looking, design hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Good selection of food for breakfast. very convenient location as i arrived and left by train. Thank you for the room upgrade!
The room service was very expensive, i ordered a club sandwich and a coke for Euro32! The train station next door can be a bit noisy at night.
Breakfast, staff, roof pool.
This hotel need a refreshing. I have visited it several times and there is often details that is not maintained.
The staff being friendly and helpful is the only positive point about this hotel.
Room had ants in it! Uncomfortable beds. Half the amenities didn't function properly. Hotel is run down and not well-maintained.
Everything was wrong from location To the most impolite Un smily stuff . 5 stars it's rated with No AC in a room & finishing of rooms is poor & there is no lobby to have coffee or so. The train station being located next to it if u open the window u feel tv is on & if u close window u get hot as no ac. It's the worse hotel I ever stayed in.
Fancy, big and stylish, wonderful balcony
not refurbished in a while few appliances were not working. The hotel needs a make up!
The hotel is clean and the staff is kind, and it also features beautiful view from its roof restaurant and garden. Aside from bad things coming from the hotel being situated near central train station, that fact has some advantages when it comes to travel logistics.
The hotel features some brutal design solutions inside the rooms, ie. the bathtub and lavatory facilities are open-spaced, which is a bit problematic when you travel with a daughter or sister. The quality of construction is also questionable, as the walls and the ceiling are too thin, and you can hear people talking from neighboring rooms. And last, but not least, dining facilities were cold, which practically ruined hot breakfast every morning.
This is a really nice hotel. The design of the rooms and all the facilities are up to 5 star standard. Highly recommended.
The steam room in the fitness centre was not working and the water in the jacuzzi was cold!
It was close to the train. Nice and clean and pleasant stay.
The hotel just looks a bit tired.
WiFi was good.
Horribly uncomfortable room. Hot room and they only way to cool the room was to open the window which let in cigarette smoke and the constant noise of announcements from the train station. Rooms were terribly lit with LED coloured lights over the shower making you feel sick. Breakfast was inedible and the staff were disinterested in anything we raised. A poor reflection on the Radisson name.
Price, breakfast, restaurant at the last floor. Цена, завтраки, ресторан на последнем этаже.
Old furniture in the bath/toilet. No door to the bath (even no glass door, although I don't like this fashion at all). Location: it stated that it is near Roma Termini, but you will walk to it about 10 minites. Полуполоманная фурнитура в ванной. В ванну нет двери вообще (даже стеклянной, хотя я эту моду очень не люблю). Расположение: написано, что это рядом с вокзалом, но до него идти минут 10. А до центра совсем далеко пешком получается.
near the central staition
one of the reseption staff was very bad talking to us becouse my wife wearing a hijab she dont show respect for muslims ppl she talk with italian ppl friendly and be rude with us many times will not booked again in this hotel
location, room design ( not the fact there was a vis à vis...)
Temperature, service, ratio quality price, not a 5 star level, lobby, fitness center, etc...
-Location of the hotel is very close to a metro station on linea A (Vittorio Emanuele) it takes 10 minutes to go to Vatican with metro. Also just a few meters away from the main train station.
-Our first room was swarmed by ants. They changed it immediately when we complained but we already got ants on us and luggage in the meantime. -the A/C did not work properly and the room temperature never got over 20 degrees. Fancoil was working OK but the heat of the water from the central boilers was reduced due to cost saving, I guess. Actually from the staff to the food, everything was running on economy mode. -The lights at the restaurant, lobby and all other common areas was either too dimmed or not even open. It was hard to see what you eat in the restaurant since it was winter time and the sun was rising around 0730, most of the tourists eat around 0630 and 0700 to leave as soon as possible in order to avoid queue at museums. -When we arrived to the hotel by car, there was no doorman or bellboy. We waited a bit for somebody to come and help us with the luggage. They saw us from the reception but did not send someone to help so we drove to the carpark and brought our luggage ourselves from the carpark to the lobby. -we were informed at booking.com that the car park was 14€/day but we were charged 18€/day instead. -The receptionist who served us while we check out behaved rude to the couple in front of us and when they were leaving he looked at me and made a gesture behind them, telling how stupid they were. I am not sure if that was because he was racist against Indian tourists or acted the same way behind us when we leave as well and this is just how a terrible person he is. -All the elevators was giving overload signals all the time without relevance to the load in the elevator car. -The total amount of the room (only for the room) was 498€+VAT when I secured my reservation. However we were charged 548€+VAT for the room only. We did not get an explanation for additional 50€. The receptionist was not a helping person. The Radisson motto for him was “No, you cannot even ask” instead of “Yes, we can”.
Hotel had a clean and modern feel to it
Not a great deal of storage in the room Room and corridor was a bit stuffy - air quality not good The Location though Handy for Airport and walks into the City...was rather dodgy
