Solamente la posizione è ben collegato alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro città.

Tariffe alte come un 5 stelle, ma comfort scarsissimo, camere rumorose, pulizia altrettanto scarsa e superficiale, scelta e qualità dei servizi offerti direi basic. Non è quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel in Italia a certe tariffe...

Il confort ed il design delle stanze

Scelta canali televisivi limitata. L'esposizione lato "stazione" comporta il sottofondo dei treni e dei relativi annunci.

Il design e l'ambiente moderno, le camere silenziose.

la camera aveva la muffa vicino al bocchettone dell'aria condizionata, in piscina non c'erano più lettini nè asciugamani disponibili, il cibo e i drinks del servizio piscina non sono da cinque stelle. Il servizio di pulizia ancora intralciava i corridoi alle 16.

la centralità del posto e il prezzo

struttura non all'altezza di un 5 stelle scarsa manutenzione delle camere, un 5 stelle deve essere in ottimo stato! lo consiglierei solo per la vicinanza alla stazione.

La posizione comoda rispetto ai mezzi di trasporto. Il prezzo non ecessivo per il livello dell'Hotel.Il comfort della camera junior suite.

L'accesso alla vasca da bagno è difficoltoso per persone che non si muovono agilmente. Nella camera stadard manca spazio per riporre gli effetti personali nel caso si occupata da due persone per più notti.

la stazione vicina fa si che al mattino si senta qualche treno passare, gli annunci die megafoni, ecc...

Dichiarato come 5 stelle, ne vale si e no 3. Luci della camera ingestibili, riscaldamento fuori controllo con risultati tropicali, colazione non inclusa e costosissima.

Ho ricevuto un pugrade di camera senza richiederlo

Overall hotel design and modern style was nice. Arrangement of the rooms was interesting. Personnel was polite.

(Modest) room rennovation needed. Location near the train station but a little far from historic center for everyday walking.

The location is very good. One can use either metro or buses for every point in the town.The swimming pool is lovely.

There were no fresh fruit in the breakfast, the filter coffee was very bad, you could not drink that.The prices in the bar by the swimming pool are too high.T he kind of carpet in the room is a little bit funny.

room has a bad smell, shower behind the bed!, room not clean,really bad food(room service), no taxi near the hotel.

This hotel is for intelligent people. Modern environment and not too much servicing. Pool is naturally the pearl of this hotel.

everything is in order

The hotel staff recommended excellent restaurants and were kind enough to make reservations and call cabs. The pool was the absolute best part of the hotel. The pool area was great, good music, nice (but expensive) drinks, good towel and chair service. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean and pillows fluffy.

The concept of the room was interesting but the execution was poor. Maintenance throughout the building was poor. Things looked beaten up, falling apart, not working and somewhat dirty, including the reception desk which is covered in a white canvas but had holes and grim everywhere. The design of the rooms and in various spots around the hotel was completely impractical. In the room, everything is lumped into the center - shower, open rack for clothes, sink, bed. If you hung up clothes on the open rack, the clothes would cover up the full length mirror so you couldn't see yourself. The window shades made a horrible noise as they rolled up and down, and installation looked like it was rigged up by non-professionals. There is a control panel just behind the bed that looks like a parking meter, and it was loose. The lighting was awful in general, there was no light near the sink mirror. There was also no space around the sink to place your toiletries. The shower did not drain well. The toilet smelled, and there was no sound insulation due to the glass doors. The doors were rickety. The light switch for the toilet was a silver plate on the wall that someone scrawled "press here" on with nail polish or the like. The flooring was odd, squishy black linoleum. The tv was tiny and too far away from the bed to be able to see it. The sound quality of the tv was horrific. Room service food was overpriced and the quality rather low. The bar/restaurant was closed each evening we were there because of private functions going on around the pool. There seemed to be very few staff members working or answering phones at any given time. I heard someone complaining at around 10pm that their tv didn't work, and the staffer responded that there was nothing they could do till 9am when the technician arrived. It took forever to check out, and only one of the 2 staffers there was qualified/able to do it.
