Staff were helpful and friendly with car parking and trying to get internet going. wireless internet did not work using my laptoptaff were hekpfu, could not get valid IP address, gateway and DNS. Had to use hotels public internet service. |

Efficient and helpful staff, good transfer from the airport. Necessity of paying for internet from the computer in the lobby (even if it was cheap!) - in most cases such access to internet is free of charge. |

Central location in Lamezia Staff were not especially friendly. They were very keen for us to eat dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was poor, served in a windowless basement room near the bar. |

The Staff at the Savant Hotel were exceptional. They run a medium size hotel with upmost professionalism but with a family touch. The staff helped us with travel plans for the next leg of our holiday as well as with a minor baggage/luggage problem that we inherited from generous relatives. Breakfast was also excellent The phone system did not work with international calling cards |

My wife and I were there to visit my family's home town. Neither of us speak any italian. The staff was kind enough to set up a cab driver to take us to our family's town. During our visit, we miraculously found a long lost cousin who we did not know even lived there any longer. The next day, our cousins visited us at the hotel. A member of the staff who was fluent in both english and italian stayed with us for over an hour translating for us. In general, the staff at the Savant Hotel was amazing. |
