Staff members tried to help. Breakfast was good. Electrical didn't work properly. Location of the hotel is in a very run down area of town. Does not seem to warrant being a 4 star hotel, more like 3 at best. |

The reception staff was friendly and polite. Halls were not air conditioned or it wasn't working. The hotel was not in a good location. The rooms were bare. Minibar only had 4 bottles of water. The view was dismal. There was nothing around the hotel |

Comfortable hotel, clean, friendly staff. City not up to much. On route home to Ireland. Food very good. Not in a very nice area, but then there is not many nice areas in this city. |

We had a great experience. The people were nice, friendly and very helpful in finding our way around Lameiza. The dinner was excellent - the best we had while in Italy. We could not get the air conditioning to work. It was late when we arrived, so we did not bother the staff. Instead we opened the balcony door to cool the.room. |

ho trovato lo staff molto cortese e preparato, un'ottima cucina servita in un elegante ristorante ad un costo molto basso per un albergo di questa categoria, la prima colazione servita in una sala altrettanto confortevole è stata abbondante dal dolce al salato alla frutta, nella camera molto curata e pulita spicca un lcd da 32 pollici favoloso, connessione ad internert velocissima, bagno luminoso e pulito. la piacevole sorpresa finale è stata il conto del ristorante, avevo sia pranzato che cenato, e quando sono partito ho letto il conto ed ho fatto presente che forse non avevano inserito un pasto, mi hanno risposto no no sono due pasti, favoloso. |
