The hotel owner was really pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and in an excellent state of repair. It was practically next to the ski lift (most other hotels had a longer walk up the hill!) They seemed to be having a bit of a problem with the magnetic door cards, and the hot water seemed to run cool when everyone arrived back at the hotel after the ski lifts closed!

Hôtel d'une trés bonne prestation . Trés professionnel .Un service que l'on aime rencontrer en vacances Clientèle anglaise déplorable . ils ne savent que boire de la bière et réveiller les vacanciers en pleine nuit ! Mais que viennent il faire au sports d'hiver ?

Nulla Camere vecchie con letti sfondati, bagno incredibilmente sporco così come la moquette. Luci non funzionanti e asciugacapelli aggiustato con lo scotch. Letto singolo di cm 70 x 180. Alle 8,45 del mattino colazione già sbaraccata e con nulla in tavola (forse meglio così, visto il livello). Rumore insopportabile proveniente dai locali pubblici sottostanti, fino alle tre del mattino. Ce ne siamo andati dopo una sola notte, sufficiente per assegnare a quest'albergo una stella scarsa, non le tre dichiarate. Non abbiamo visto il wellness, che comunque è a pagamento (20 euro al gg a persona!!)

La comodità del parcheggio Camere obsolete, bagno orribile, colazione da paura! Adesso capisco perché ha riscattato il pagamento dalla carta di credito una settimana prima... A vedere prima la camera c'era solo da fuggire.

Great room, very close to ski lift, service and staff were good and very helpful, spa is fantastic and the hotel let us use a dressing room to change after last day skiing. Cost of the spa is a little high.

I liked the location in the centre of the village; the clean room and great shower (in the newer extension); the quietness. The mattress! Do we really have to have the incontinence plastic cover on?! And the lumpy mattress cover? Also the breakfast was terribly boring day after day.
