Our room was spacious and comfortable although it was above the airconditioning units of the hotel next door so we had to keep the windows closed to block the noise. The staff were helpful although one receptionist did not know there was a hairdresser directly opposite when my wife asked. |

The room was large and confortable. The bedding was also confortable. The location right by the main station is good, and taxis are available within 100 yards of the hotel. The staff were very helpful throughought my stay. The wifi had a problem duing my stay, and is something that does need to be resolved |

One of the best hotels we stayed in throughout our trip in Europe. We were upgraded to Hotel Savoya with no extra costs. Excellent breakfast with a stunning view! |

The elegant, sophisticated tone was a delight. The staff were most helpful in storing our bags for 5 hours after we had checked out so we could visit a few more local attractions prior to our train leaving. The air conditioning in the dining room was rather ineffectual, making for a hot and stuffy lunch. |

The location of the hotel helps,on the original shoreline of one of the most significant Italian maritime cities, but it is also sophisticated and luxurious, with friendly and helpful staff who are fluent in most European languages.Full marks in every way. |

They actually put us in a room in the Hotel Savoy; the two hotels seemed to have shared ownership. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A wonderful night's stay. |

Check-in staff friendly and pleasantly helpful. Room was spacious and clean with small but reasonably priced mini bar. Breakfast was good. Location good for train travel and for exploring the area. Genoa is a typical port city with too many seedy areas and not a lot to do. This was a good stop over for a few hours but its a stretch for an overnighter so recommendation is to stop for a quick tour and then go back to the train station for overnight accomadation somewhere further down the coast. |

We stayed at their sister hotel next door called Grand Savoia. Reminded me of what a true hotel looked like years ago. A real Gem steps to the train station. I was in awe when I saw it. Antique Furnishings in the lobby and dining room. |
