The room was excellent and our balcony view was great. The staff were always helpful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a range of good food options.

The internet wifi did not work. We knew this on reading the reviews. Just put with it but felt should not been an issue for the price we paid for the room.

    Location,friendly staff

Practically no wifi in my room, had to change password every day though.Poor breakfast and nothing special. Although in Italy the coffee was bad but I guess this is a common situation in every single hotel around the world.Last there was an overcharge of 94€ ( different rate I booked different rate they charge per night ) i noticed it just 1 minute before I depart. It took around 30 minutes to solve this and get my money back.

The location is excellent. I was upgraded to the next level which was the best available. Hot Chocolate was excellent. Spa services very good. Staff were very friendly. Met the Manager in the elevator - was friendly. Breakfast was good also.

No SkySports in the room. Had to watch Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea in the bar.

I was overall highly impressed with the hotel. I traveled in low season in mid-October to see cultural sites in Rimini and to visit San Marino & San Leo; I was not interested in the beach activities, but I wanted an upscale hotel with a seaview. Le Meridien fulfilled my wish perfectly. The hotel was nearly empty, I got the room 604 on the upper floor, with a splendid seaview balcony, which was equipped with a table and two chairs. The room itself was elegantly furnished in a modern style and beautifully decorated in a marine theme, as the whole hotel. I loved the hardwood floor in the room and not the ubiquitous hotel carpet. The bed was simply excellent, one of the best I ever had in Italy - with a sort of a featherbed and a warm blanket and soft numerous pillows. This is true luxury these days. There was also a desk, a great spacious closet, a bathrobe with slippers and many other details that make one feel as in a luxury hotel which it was. The bathroom was spacious and well-adorned with toiletries. The shower very strong. The breakfast was opulent by the current Italian standards - spumante, fresh juices, omelet, sausages, bacon, lots of cold cuts and fruits, many cakes and various rolls. On the second day of my stay the weather was balmy and it was a pleasure to have the breakfast on the outside terrace. The was also a marvelous truly heated indoor swimming pool which was a joy after a day of sightseeing. The parking was easy to find along the street, it was safe to leave my rental Audi a4 overnight. The hotel is quite close to the historic center to see Tempio Malatestiano, etc. Also it is just across the splendid famous Rimin beach which felt pleasantly melancholic and inviting for refreshing walks along the sea. Service was extremely attentive and courteous. I think this hotel qualifies at 5 star, and considering the rate I got in October it was a truly great bargain.

The major drawback for me was the intermittent humming noise coming from the wall - it was most likely of some generator/electrical/transformator system, alas it was structural, with a guest unable to do anything to stop it. Even if the room key was not inserted to turn the electricity on, the low-grade humming noise was still there. It would disappear for the night, but during the day, starting at 8:00, it would come back with vengeance. I checked another room but the noise was there as well. This was personally for me very unpleasant as I like natural tranquility. The traffic noise was negligible at the 6th floor and in low season. I much enjoyed the sound of the sea. Next flaw was the non-working WiFi in the room. It most likely worked in the public areas closer to the antenna - I did not bother to check as I had Internet on my phone. The minibar was somewhat weak. Overall it was a great hotel, except for that humming noise issue that might prevent me from staying there again.

Clean hotel with god hot ( it's important in Rimini as some 4* hotels do not offer it) food for breakfast. Probably the best 4* hotel in Rimini.Good location- behind the hotel you can always find choice of restaurants which are open even during "siesta".
