The ease with checking in and out was great. The front desk clerk, Massimo, was very friendly and a great help with driving directions into the city! The hotel was a serene respite after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the city of Bologna. |

The restaurant is really fantastic. Very good quality of food and service. Good overall service of personell. Unfortunately, the wireless nertwork wasn't available in my room, very poor signal (the location of the room must have been out of 'reach' of the wireless network). For a business traveller that's not acceptable. |

The hotel was clean and well run. Upon arrival I was suprised at how far from the old center of town this hotel was. The staff said the center was closed to non resident cars (which is true) but we were hoping to be closer in. They suggested a bus (e$2) or cab (e$16) which were good alternatives and we used both. This is clearly a business hotel. And if you understand what it is going in the suprise won't be as great. We were expecting something different but the experience (after shock recovery) was just fine. |

Excellent staff, nice room even if a bit small, good facilities, restaurant included. A good Hotel managed in a professional way. Mattress quite hard, but I'm not a fan of lattice foam mattress. |

The convenience of the location, but that it also felt like it was far from any city. The staff were very helpful, the food in the restaurant was lovely, the rooms were comfortable and clean with all the facilities you require. The price for all of this was fantastic, we thought we had the wrong hotel at first. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Savoia Hotel, it was a lovely big hotel with plenty of grounds, a great swimmimng pool and free cycle hire to explore the local area. The hotel is situated a short distance from the centre of Bologna and is an ideal place for a short break. |

The meals in the resaurant were excellent,however the Buffet was not at all good. I would be interested in being a secret shopper for your company.I Am a manager who makes very frequent business trips. Buffet dinner and the fact there were no hairdressing and beauty salons |

Nice hotel. Lovely dining area next to swimming pool. Food good. The room did not quite match what we requested in our booking and the receptionist (a woman) showed polite disinterest when we requested a change. Cold manner shown. Other staff were better but our needs not met. |

This is the second time that our family stayed in this hotel.this time for 1 week .the positives are : free parking /free internet/ clean swimming pool / nice area / the price / small but comfortable room / cleaning 2 times a day / very polite staff / It is not very modern and luxury but very comfortable / breakfast is good. If I want to stay in Bologna, I will come back to this hotel for the third time ! mosquitos and Spiders in the bed rooms and Bees on the breakfast table and by the pool , If you are travelling with small babies be prepared , My poor 2 years old baby girl had been itched the first night 22 times !!! next day we went to the farmacia to buy all the products ! / The pillows are so hard and big / I did not like the food and the staff of the restaurent and It is over priced / You need a car to go around / The soap and the shampoo in hotel is very low quality ( bring your own ) |

We liked the swimming pool and the restaurant We reserved a room for 4 persons, but we get only for 3 persons and when we asked an extra bed which was requested during the reservation a long time ago, hotel's staff started to complain that it was our fault that we didn't get an extra bed because we were not concrete at request (but somehow all other hotels in Italy understood our request) also the staff on reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. |
